Their docile nature and beautiful patterns quickly caught people's eyes, and now breeding for special colours and traits has become a respected practice. I assume you too are here to get a snail of your own, and perhaps embark on this adventure too.
✦ Species Information ✦ Gulielmus concoloris, or "Will's Snail" as it's commonly referred to, is an extraordinarily unique and fantastical snail species. These snails can grow up to 30 centimetres long with a 12 cm diameter shell, and weigh anywhere from 250 to 500 grams. This large hearty critter thrives in the glorious tropical climate of The Snail Grove but is extremely adaptable. They come in a rainbow of colours, and a wide variety of exotic traits such as spikes, wings, and even a skeletal structure and legs. To find out more about the genetics, look here!

✦ Breeding ✦ ↠━━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━━↞ ✦ Information ✦ You may be asking yourself how exactly one breeds their snails. Most snails, including this fabulous fantasy variety Gulielmus concoloris, are hermaphrodites. This makes breeding your snails significantly easier, as you do not have to worry about having a suitable male and female pair. This also means, in rare cases, your snail can reproduce by itself! But more on that later, as you'll need a special item. You only need one snail to breed, and they can breed with other snails you own, those up for breeding, or if you figure out how to split costs with a friend. Alternatively, you can just breed snails that are up instead of your own! It costs 150 nuts.ooms per breeding, and the snails will produce 1-3 eggs. Don't forget that each snail has genetics! All snails and their genetic code can be found here! Be careful which snails you breed though, as mutations may pop up for better or worse. Every snail designed and born will also have a master list number! While this doesn't affect the owners, it is an essential tracking system for the snail guardian. If you are dissatisfied with your new snails, the Snail Guardian will happily buy them for 50 nuts.

Since then, breeders have been utilising them to suit all of their inheritance needs. Remember, real genetics are still at play here! Items will not be used if they cannot work on a selected pair or if the parents don't carry the necessary genes, so read carefully!
