My recommendation would be to pick one or two things that you care for more than other things, and focus on that. It's difficult to breed for too many things, especially as you are starting out.
You can also try posting in the forum to see if you can find breeding partners that also want to focus on the same things as you ^^

Some people breed howlers & wrestlers for FMC (I think it is 5th-9th each month?), but I don't think those have any use outside of that if I remember correctly

It depends entirely on what you want to breed for. Rarity is only a pelt thing, but tends to be popular for their looks. Talents means your pups will start out with more CP, which is good if you're breeding battle wolves/ explore a lot. Many people love defects too though

Angels are usually shown as humans with wings, so no they are not allowed. Someone has already asked this if you look a bit back.

What are some image hosting sites I can use for my pack avatar? I'm not sure if DeviantArt is one.

Also, if I used the line art from a DA user, but coloured it myself, do I credit the user and myself, or just the user?

Imgur and DeviantArt are not acceptable image hosting websites. This forum has a list of which ones are good: https://wolfplaygame.com/forums.php?f=4&t=42

Also, your second question. If the lineart is free to use, and you colored it yourself, you credit the artist for the lineart and yourself for the coloring.

Typically drawing sites/apps have a save option.
When you save it to your device upload it to an acceptable image hosting site and upload it as your avatar with the direct link the hosting site gives you
