I have some stuff not planned yet so it's a little splotchy so far, But yes everyone is in the same town. There's just one town for all the experiments plus some of the workers that need to be there, and then if they want to interact with the real world (and to keep them from questioning) there's gonna be a city, a small city, about one or two hours away by driving. They have access to a ton of wildlife and outdoor area in the other direction though, that's all owned by the company. So the humans and supernaturals would've been kept together, and interacted up until some of them changed at 16 and their supernatural sides came out. At that point the company would've assumed everything was going fine and when someone died they would've made up stories to make it seem like it wasn't that big of a thing. Like maybe (name here) just moved away because the parents found a better spot elsewhere. So the company covers up all the deaths but everything would continue on as 'normal' until the group here forms and figures it all out :P if that makes any sense at all |

They're still allowed to go free, just with a little extra supervision. If they can't function well, as in if they try to kill a worker, that'll probably trigger the company to take them elsewhere. That's to be planned out later but I imagine they'd be somewhere deeper in the company probably doing other tests more related to the supernatural and less related to the main neurodivergent point. But for Mireya for example, she goes free and lives basically how she did because everything was covered up and her neurological stuff got a little bit worse which meant she needed to stay for the main point at least One would think I'd be better at writing out my thoughts by now |

Was her murdering someone accidental or on purpose? Was it in self-defense? Was it premeditated? Is it the horrible trope of mental illness causing someone to murder someone? Trying to decide if I should hate her or not. |

She tries to be a good person </3 It wasn't in self defense or premeditated but it also wasn't accidental, if that makes sense. It was around her second time transforming and sirens are basically creatures that exist to kill so the instict was pretty powerful and uh,, well.. an experiment died because of it. It wasn't exactly something she could stop either because of the dissociation kicking in at the perfect time |
