Ace, - Oddly enough, Quill is not Dally's first choice. Dally has gotten himself hurt from idiotics enough times to form a (Very) one-sided bond with Vasilios, and while he trusts both Quill and Vas with his life, he'd much rather have Vas putting bandages on bite marks than Quill's stupid ass. - Some of Dallas's quirks: -Absolute adreanaline junkie -Refuses to sit in a room facing away from the exits/entrances -When walking into a new room, he always assesses it for all escape routes, and things that could possibly go wrong -Tends to chew his bottom lip or the insides of his cheeks -Either makes very, very awkward eye contact, or no eye contact at all. There is no in between -Eats everyone's food. There will never be a time where Dallas doesn't say "Are you going to finish that?" If he doesn't, give him to Vas because there is something wrong with him. - The most reckless thing he's ever done? Saving Java from being slaughtered by her own pack. Does he regret it? Absolutely not. And would he do it again? Over and over again. |

I love that lmao, she's just a baby with bitey instincts :D Answers for Ace :) - Who in the crew do they trust most and why? Trust is a strong word. Shai may get along with everyone, but trust isn't a word he would use to describe the relationship he has with them all. Having been stabbed in the back too many times to count has left him with little ability to trust in others. The only one he can mildly "trust" in is Vasilios, and that's mainly becasue he has to have some trust in the medic to not let him die when he does stupid stuff. What's one strange or unexpected habit they have? Shai can almost always be found/heard talking to himself. No one knows who, or what, he's talking to, just that he can be standing in an empty room and all of a sudden start yelling at a wall. An unexpected habit Shai has is being an octopus. Shai is handsy. He likes leaning up against the other crew members, putting an arm around someones shoulder, or even drapping his body across someone prone. He's not use to having "nice" people around him so he will take all the opportunities he can get to fuel his touch-starved self. What's the most reckless or dangerous thing they've ever done, and would they do it again? The most dangerous thing Shai has ever done was escape from his home planet in the name of freedom. If ever asked whether or not he would do it again, the answer will always be "hell yea". |

Poor guy has been through it ;-; Charlie would probably start handing off food before he asked, honestly. Knowing he's going to, just giving him a portion of her food when she sits down. She'll make two (three? Mirko technically makes two), but I'm assuming it's probably all of them. Just a band of touch-deprived looters floating in space - Editing to answer the questions - Who in the crew do they trust most and why? Charlie trusts Vasilios with her life - literally, he's saved her life a few times. Between Urchin's antics and various injuries over the months, the two have a bond that she just can't replicate with anybody else. Quill is a close second, of course. The crew has to trust their captain if they want to thrive, and Charlie trusts Quill with everything in her. - What's one strange or unexpected habit they have? First of all, Charlie can't sleep most nights if she's not with the dragons. She tells Halcyon that she's mending injuries, but most nights, she just pets a specific dragon and then curls up with Halcyon. Her room is too quiet, she needs to hear them breathing to sleep. Her medicine storage is atrocious to the outside eye - things everywhere, jars tipped on their sides. She has a journal with a detailed layout of where everything is, though, and she makes changes whenver something is moved. The chaos is welcoming to her, but she needs to have some order. - What's the most reckless or dangerous thing they've done, and would they do it again? Urchin. No further commentary. She wouldn't do it again, but unfortunately she has to. |

LMAO PERFECT. I'm sure they've got some camaraderie between 'em at this point. Urchin's not a complete pain in the arse though, her quills, especially the smaller ones, make for great needles and scalpels! :0 Sometimes Vas gets quills stuck in his arm and doesn't notice they're there as he can't feel them

Vasilios struggles to answer this question. He's seen his crew members at some of their highest and some of their lowest moments - being a pirate is high risk and there's only so much he can do with often limited supplies. Having to lie through your teeth and tell someone they're going to be okay and they're going to live or they're going to keep x limb or anything of the sort when you're not 100% sure creates quite an attachment to people. He's got a big heart and a lot of room for his crew in there, even if he shows it through brash comments and aggressiveness.
He finds Charlie refreshing to be around due to her largely practical and no-nonsense nature, same with Mylo. He has to see those two the least often in his clinic, which is both a good thing and a bad thing. Good as it means they're not injured, bad as it often means he sees them far less.
As for trust, he's really not sure who he trusts the most. He trusts almost all of the crew to have his back if it's needed - doctors are pretty irreplaceable, luckily.

Vasilios doesn't like to eat around or in front of other people, he'll usually disappear off somewhere with his food to eat in private.
He's also got a bit of an oral fixation, usually has one of Urchin's blunted quills between his teeth.
What’s the most dangerous or reckless thing they’ve ever done, and would they do it again?
Attempting to jump on Urchin for the first time and use the thing he'd seen eat numerous people to escape. It took hours to carefully remove and stitch up all the impaling wounds from his legs and chest after - he says he's still got some of Urchin's quills stuck in him from that very night. Well, that's one of many. He's done a great many stupid things, just prides himself in being less of an idiot now. - He'd do it again.
Being part of a gladiator ring though? He wouldn't do that again, not worth the trouble, nor the damage inflicted on others. |
