Blood-Gifters are willing blood donors to vampires, and the vampires do treat them well. Depending on the individual, they want to remain a blood donor or want to transform into a vampire willingly.

I'm totally bringing Irfam and Garvin into this. Irfam because steampunk immediately brings them in XD and Garvin because anytime there's a lower social class Garvin is just who I think of immediately. I just have to figure out if Garvin's human or a vampire. Hmmm. |
