Okay, so, before plot, should we come up with characters?

That's probably a good idea. Do you want to make the leader, or should I? Or should we have them be something of a side character/NPC?

I don't really have a character in mind for leader, so you can do that one.

Ooh, we can do centaurs! That sounds cool! I've got a character who might work for a leader, although I'll probably age him up a bit because I like the idea that the mercenary leader should probably be a bit of an older character.

Yeah, an older leader makes more sense.
