like futuristic planet gets sucked into a black hole, but despite every scientists hypothesis, the planet doesn't get spaghetified, but instead gets sent back in time. the world is post-apocalyptic and everyone has either hidden away or gone insane. there could be a sickness thrown in, but you get the jist

What if they're temporarily spaghettiified while they go through the black hole, but once they get through, they kind of snap back to normal. That would be a weird experience to write about in a prologue.
