I recently got into PvPing again, but I've noticed that when a pack flees, it doesn't count on my PvP wins? I was close to winning, but then they fled...So I was just wondering if it counts and my computer is glitching, or that's a new rule?

Nah it doesn't count. I've had people do it before and if there's a wager neither of us get it.
