Have you tried sending them away multiple times or just once? Sometimes it happens to me but works on the second or third try

Hopefully this helps I took this after I gifted my CP partner and the web site said she got them, and the agility bar was higher, then I saw I had more points and when I tired spending them it would not let me/ I did this multiple times, here is the photo:

makes sense, but is weird because i DID give one of my wolves 30, because Thats how mush my dominance increased.
