For example, if there is a pup from a Darkseeker pack for sale on the trading post, their affinity with a Lightbringer pack - who is interested on buying the pup - will usually be really bad. Is this true? Or is the 'affinity with your pack' - aspect of wolves randomly determined with nothing to do with allegiances?

I know nothing but occasionally I suspect it does, but I think it also depends on the pup's parents?
