Hmm, like fastest way to get mush is to buy apples and sell them, but that includes real world money. Other than that I'd say exploration in like forest or jungle, selling what you find, selling event currency - it is not exactly fast, but it is decent and consistent.

Huh. I just had my first ever pup born and it has Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Raw luck for me, I guess? (not really since it's a penalty)
