Size: Third
Appearance: When it comes to height, Smidge's frame is a little under 14, hence his nickname, with a somewhat flexible body. His most notable features are his color pallet and a bird-like structure, with only two pairs of legs, a stout, raised body and four wings.
His English red skin is covered with a thick, tufty layer of pale -burgundy colored fur, which gets dirty easily. The fur curls all the way from his back to his lower neck, similar to a mane, revealing a spill of dark-mint fern colored scales (annoyingly). The fur continues at his head and reaches up around his horns, leaving his muzzle, areas around his eyes, his stomach and scaly upper legs. It has a fibrous, coarse feel, and a oily texture, despite best efforts to clean it.
His facial features are not very prominent, as many are shadowed by his fur and frame, but are still curious when dragons (or people) take the time to look(which most don't). His muzzle is stout, like his body, and his nose, two slits at the end of his muzzle, work outstandly well, but not well enough to cover for his other disadvantages. His eyes, which are also very able to do their job, are a reflective light grey tinted with minty green.
Smidge's legs are also not very furry, thankfully; they are fit and good for running long-distance, but not as capable to achieve high speeds. He can run at about fourty five miles per hour, which is sadly slower then a modern-day car(which I'm aware don't exist in this era and are just for scale) but still faster than the average caribou.
His tail is mostly covered with scales, and stretches to about a length of four feet, around a third of his total length. It is quite firm, and can help support his torso in a way similar to a kangaroo.
His front legs don't exist, so this sentence has no value whatsoever.
Personality:
Saurush is a "half full over half empty" kinda guy(oop, I mean dragon). He is very optimistic and tries to take everything in a positive direction to keep himself going. He is also very determined and loyal, and does all he can to achieve his goals, or even other people's. Despite these traits, he is very unlikeable to his talkativity (in which he can't even use to get his points across due to his quietness, so it just sounds like inadauible gibberish most of the time).
Smidge is also very manipulatable. Although he isn't completely happy go lucky, he does easily follow others as long as he thinks he's doing the right thing. Smidge views the world through rose-tinted lenses. He's also kind of dim in the brain and is probably more than the average dragon.
Like stated in his weaknesses below, Smidge is terrible at being alone. He sacrifices a lot to be in the company of others, despite commonly being ignored.
Abilities: Hardly uses his fire. Can't control it very well.
Strengths:
-talks really quickly, though quiet. Not sure how this is helpful.
-seemingly unlimited stamina. Can run for long periods of time, at the cost of speed.
-maneuvers in the air easily with his two legs.
-righteous and does whatever he thinks is right. Not always an advantage, as what he think can be easily changed....
Weaknesses:
-gullible
-not the most.. intelligent...
-quiet voice that's hard to hear
-slower than average speed
-weaker than average as well
-desperately afraid of being alone
-harder to pick things up as he only has two legs
-uncharismatic and "annoying"
-overthinker
(and others, of course. He's the perfect description of "wimp".)
Affiliations: Smidge hardly knows anybody, as he is little regarded to to his shorter stature. Hopes to befriend and has a love of socializing, which can be a disadvantage at times.

I can't imagine how painful it would be for Smidge's rider to just hear a bunch of impossible-to-understand mumbo jumbo being communicated telepathically to their head haha
