Thoughts on the Truce:
In all honesty, she's glad to have a truce. The fighting was getting to be too troublesome, and she hated seeing her friends and family hurt. So she, for one, welcomes the truce.
Appearance:
Sylph has an uncanny ethereal beauty and grace about her. Standing 5'10" with a slender, feminine build. She has a surprisingly curvy figure despite her slim frame. Her skin a soft, pale dove grey, with small white star-like flecks across her body. Long ears, angled back towards the back of her head, each adorned with several silver piercings. Almond shaped doe-like eyes with pale blue sclera, her irises a silvery grey with a darker outer circle. with small white oval pupils. When she gets emotional or angry, her eyes darken to more of a storm grey, like that of gathering storm clouds. Sylph's hair is a light baby blue, often kept in elegant braided styles with ornate silver beads woven in, it would hang well past her waist when let down. Sharp, white claws. Mid to high Soprano, her voice is enchanting with an ethereal quality to it. Sylph carries herself with grace and elegant movements, almost akin to a bird in flight or a skilled dancer. Sylph also boosts a pair of large feathered wings, white with silver tips.
She wears a pair of silver wrist bangles along with one matching arm band on her right side, these match the silver wing pendant she wears. Along with the simple chain anklet on her left foot, and the circlet adorned with small blue gems. Mostly seen in simple, elegant, airy dresses in white or other soft, muted colors, often with a silver sash around her waist.

Sylph is a benevolent woman with a gentle and calm nature. She isn't one to anger or become emotional easily, although when she does, it usually turns chaotic. Although often she'd sooner be the one to walk away when emotions run high.
A kind heart, and a gentle hand, Sylph loves to help others. Even sometimes to her own detriment. It's resulted in her fair share of arguments and lectures.
Abilities:
Air Manipulation: Sylph is able to bend air around herself to increase her movement, combined with her wings help her reach blinding speeds. She can use this on other people, but there is a limit to the distance, and they must be within sight of her to maintain control. This ability also allows her to create small currents, pockets of air that can either shield or be used to launch objects at great speeds.
Anti-Gravity: This ability is somewhat of a nuisance, able to enhance the strength of gravity or reverse it entirely. This can only be used in smaller areas. Used to apply immense pressure onto something, effectively pinning or crushing the target against the ground. Sylph dislikes using this ability as it often leaves her breathless and drained for a good period of time, and unable to use this ability until fully recovered, which can be up to 3 days depending on the amount of force was needed and how long she used the ability for.

Thoughts on the Truce:
Frankly speaking, she finds the truce uncomfortable, while Myst understands the need for it and why. She can't quite bring herself to truly trust the fae, tolerate would be a better word. But she'll have to give up on the rainbow set she was collecting for her father, which is disappointing.

Appearance:
Myst is of considerable size for a dragon of her species, although she might not be tall, her wingspan and length make up for it. Standing roughly 15ft at the shoulder, and 3 times the length at 45ft.
Her body is slender and streamlined, with a webbed fin running down her spine with a larger crest at the back of her head. Along with this crest are two spike-like horns, each following the angle of her snout and neck. Her tail is thicker, functioning as a rudder and a tool for balance in air or water. Referring to a fan-tail, Myst has an oval-shaped fin at the end of her tail, designed for use in the water, but can be used equally in the air. Her claws are razor-sharp, thin, curved, needle-like talons on each leg. These paired with her knife-like teeth, make her very adept at inflicting deep, bloody wounds, or taking chunks with every bite.
Her wings are a surprising size, at 40ft, with a sleek shape that allows them to tuck directly along her body for maximum efficiency in the water.
Myst's scales are an iridescent sapphire blue, shimmering purple, red and pink. The webbing on her fins and wing membrane is a soft blue with a tint of light teal at the edges, while also being partially semi-transparent, letting small amounts of light pass through. Her claws and spines are black, while her horns are a royal blue that fades to white tips. Her belly scales are a lighter blue that leans into an almost teal color, these scales are not iridescent like those of her body, but they still retain a metallic sheen. Myst's eyes are what stand out on her, smoldering gold, with a reptilian pupil: her gaze is piercing even when she isn't trying.

Myst is usually a gentle and collected female, however, her demeanor changes like the tide. Easily irritated and even easier to anger. She is often unapologetically honest with just about everyone, regardless of their station and species. More often than not, acting and making decisions solely on instinct, this makes her very unpredictable and often dangerous. Yet this is a strong suit for her, as in battle her instincts are razor sharp, along with her observant tendencies and intelligence to read her opponent.
Despite her independent nature, Myst is actually quite loyal to those she respects or cares for, even becoming protective and sometimes downright territorial. Yet even with these somewhat chaotic traits, Myst can be uncharacteristically composed and controlled. This is what truly makes her a fearsome foe, hiding her intent and bloodlust behind a calm facade, at least until sometime finally tips her over the edge and she makes a harsh comment or snaps.
Abilities:
Surface Reflection: coating her body with a layer of water that clings to her scales, due to how water often refracts light, this ability's primary function is an optical camouflage. She draws water from around herself to do this, from the air, plants, and ground. This ability is even more potent with a body of water nearby, so long as she still has energy, it can regenerate almost indefinitely.
While on land it is most efficient when standing still, but even when moving, it still makes her hard to track and target. Yet in the water, she is virtually undetectable.
This ability has a bonus use, being a semi-functional armor. The layer of water she coats herself in increases her resistance against elemental attacks, but it is more vulnerable to piercing and fire/heat-related attacks.
Hydro Bubble; this ability allows her to summon a large orb of water, sometimes large enough to trap even dragons. All water that makes up the bubble can be manipulated to drown or trap an opponent, within which she can move freely. Her prey either falls victim to the water or to her claws.
This ability is only used when needed or when there is a large enough source of water available, as it puts a lot of strain on her body, considering she sacrifices some of her own moisture to power this ability. Once used she can move the bubble with little strain, but once it bursts she must at least a day with ample water access (2 days with limited water access), before she can use this ability again.

Truth be told, Teza isn't the biggest fan of the truce, putting two races who've been at odds for generations can't be the wisest idea. But her leader and elders have agreed, thus she'll cooperate...for now.

Teza is an imposing and formidable figure. Vibrant deep scarlet scales that shine softly in the sun, their metallic hue akin to that of garnet stones. Two rows of small spikes line her spine, connecting into one as they continue down her tail. A series of five small horns line her cheeks, descending in size as they lead to the bottom of her jaw. While her golden horns curve back and curl inwards faintly, forming a small crown-like shape. The plate-like scales covering her underbelly up her throat are a deep golden color, shimmering like pieces of forgotten treasure. Her large wings share a membrane color with her belly scales, the edges fading into more of a burnt gold. A small section of her throat bears what appears to be cracks, which glow orange when she prepares to use her breath attack (a scorching fire breath, matching the scarlet of her scales). Her eyes are a vibrant orange flecked with gold, and slit reptilian pupils, sparkling almost skin to living flames. Teza's tail is what would be referred to as a 'Spear-tail', as it is tipped with a sharp spear-like spike. Knife-like teeth for shredding through whatever is unfortunate enough to end up within reach, and razor-sharp claws on her front limbs used to cause long slashing wounds. While her hind limbs boast thicker, denser claws, not as sharp but well-equipped to grip onto objects and surfaces. The elbow of her wings has a small hook-like claw, not super useful most times, but can be used to hold onto smaller things.
Teza, as one of the oldest dragons taking part in the forces who joined the truce, is a massive dragon. Standing roughly 30ft at the shoulder, and easily over 45ft from nose to tail. Her size is only enhanced by her immense wingspan, being at least 58ft, possibly even 60ft.

A stubborn and difficult female, Teza isn't one to change her mind easily. She is however, loyal to a fault and deeply compassionate towards others. Often standing up for those who can't defend themselves, she despises bullies and even more so those who target the weak. While she might not be completely impulsive, Teza does have a tendency to jump into things without a detailed plan or a way out, should things go south.
Usually a composed figure, she is known to have a fiery temper. She is easily annoyed and even quicker to anger. Known for her genuine and blunt nature, Teza tends to treat everyone equally, despite their station. Something the elders have nagged her for centuries, with little progress.
However, she is no fool. Teza is very observant of those around her, despite what most would assume. She is skilled at reading between the lines and thus often gets herself in trouble for calling others out on their machinations.

Abilities:
Meteor Impact: Teza uses her fire breath to coat herself in flames, and dive bombs enemies, causing a massive explosion and creating a decent-sized crater where she impacted. (This cannot be used in rainy or damp conditions.)
Heat Wave: Building up her own heat and flames, Teza raised the surrounding temperatures to blistering degrees, causing flammable objects to spontaneously combust, evaporating any water within range, and even melting some metals. This ability covers about a 129-meter radius from her, increasing in temperature the closer you get to her. (This ability requires ample access to heat and her own flames, limited uses of this ability, and each time less potent. Overuse can lead to exhaustion and hypothermia.)

Thoughts on the Truce:
Apopis greatly Dislikes unnecessary violence and is accepting of the truce, though his general disdain for the fae remains.
Appearance [Detailed Description]
Ao appears low to the ground, constantly crouched down like he's ready to stalk his next victim. His usual stance appears about 4 feet tall, and standing straight with his head high aims him at around 9. His body is long and snake-like, with rippling muscles that curve with each movement. From snout to tail spurs, he's about 21 feet long. Apopis has a relatively small head, scaleless and streamlined. His snout is long, thinning ever so slightly at the base and widening by a bit near his nostrils. With the ability to dislocate, similarly to a snake, his mouth stretches all the way back to the outer corner of his eye. Another snake-like feature is his retractable fangs, the only teeth he has. They fold up and rest on the roof of his mouth, cushioned inside his rippled gums. His long forked tongue flicks through them, slower than that of your everyday reptile. The smoothness of his face is only slightly disrupted by eyebrow arches lining his bright yellow eyes. He lacks a pupil, as well as an iris, his eyes only glowing in that yellow hue. In the dark.. it's the only thing visible. Sitting on his head is two pairs of ears, the first being the size of his snout and the most reactive to sound. The second is around half the size, and just as maneuverable. His neck appears decently thick, a bit smaller than his body. A bit of the thickness, in reality, is loose skin. This helps with flexibility in his long neck, making it crane in quite unusual ways. His limbs are short, not stubby, but far from tall, each one ending in small but thick claws. Due to the length of his long, pitch black body, it tends to dip in the center. His largest set of wings are not on his shoulder, but about a third of the way down his back. They're thin and built for gliding and diving, with no ability of taking off without assistance. The second pair is near two thirds of the way down his back, and are completely useless besides looks. Its assumed that they're just a genetic anomaly. His tail is quite long, just a bit longer than his hips to his neck. Starting at the thickness of his body, it thins towards the end, carrying 3 rows of spurs and a spike on the tip.
Personality [Detailed Description]
Ao is young, he has bits of confidence, but keeps it on the low as to not seem cocky. He's got a very nonchalant personality, laid back and seemingly uncaring. Though cold, he's far from aggressive, and would never hurt a fly without being provoked. Many a time, he'll act much tougher than he is, often pretending to dislike something or someone.. while secretly enjoying the company. He tends to use sarcasm at the wrong times, not meaning any harm but simply has a hard time understanding when its right to use. Some will find him to be cold or distant, and his social skills are far from perfect. It's not that he enjoys being alone, but that's all he's ever known to be. Apopis is very emotional, not in an anger way, but is vulnerable to anxiety and his mood can be put down easily. He'll overthink every comment he gets, unable to decipher if there was a backhanded meaning. Those he allows close see a different side of him, almost puppy like. He can act carelessly around them, and let's his emotions take full control. Ao is a very touchy dragon to those close few, nuzzling and rubbing against them to show affection.

Abilities
*Tail Spurs (Venom)
Ao has 4 layers of tail spurs, each one producing a different venomous compound. The effects of his venom depends on what spurs you've been stuck with. The large center spike is cytotoxic, attacking the cells in the area of injection, causing cell death the surrounding flesh. The smaller spurs around it are myotoxic. If side swiped by his tail, or jabbed hard enough to reach those spikes, this venom will attack muscles. This layer of venom shuts down and deteriorates muscles, starting at point of injection and spreading until treated. The next layer of mid-size spurs are hemotoxic. When injected, it enters the blood stream and affects the body with excessive blood clotting and a high risk of completely shutting down the heart. Last but far from least, the smallest set, and least likely to puncture, is a neurotoxin. Within just 2 hours, this venom could cause paralysis in the strong, and kill the brain in the weak. It's much less effective in dragons than humans do to their large size, and may take days to go into effect.
*Retractable Fangs (Antivenom)
Ao has a long and thin snout, which holds huge tubular fangs in the roof of his mouth. These fangs inject an antivenom to each of his specific compounds, which are likely to work for other venoms, but extremely effective for his. This can be collected and stored, though it's made slowly and he makes about 4ml a month. Depending on the strength of the victim and the venoms injected, 4ml can completely erase venom in a large Dragon or a cytotoxic wound. In a human, it can save their life, but they'd still remain seriously injured.
Strengths & Weaknesses
^Immune System
Apopis' immune system is highly evolved, of course to withstand venoms and many poisons, but also diseases. Ao has not once gotten sick, and it will likely never happen.
^Stealth
He's often crouched down and moves very snake-like, his body streamline and thin. Due to the matte look of his small scales, he moves nearly undetectable.
^Agility; Flexibility
He has a long and thin body, and his joints move in unusual ways. This makes it easier to move through cramped spaces and get out of hard circumstances.
^Close Combat
All his abilities deal with close quarters combat, when face to face with an opponent he can easily maneuver around them and spur them with his fatal venom. His small size let's him dodge attacks easily and he focuses on technique rather than brute strength.
^Hearing
His entire build is for stealth and silence, but his hearing is better than perfect. Due to his more terrestrial hunting and fighting style, this comes quite in handy, as he can control his ears separately. Because of this, it's hard to sneak up on him as he can hear every little noise from each direction.
vWeak Scales
His scales are almost invisible, each one smaller than that of an everyday snake, and having little to no shine. Due to their size, and his lack of spines along his body, he's vulnerable to piercing attacks and anything sharp. Though harder to pierce than flesh, his scales do little to protect him.
vSpecial Diet
Ao's only teeth are his retractable fangs, which are unfit for eating. He has a specialized diet of poisonous frogs and other soft tissued organism which tend to be hard to find on his outings.
vLong Range Combat
Ao's attacks all depend on making contact with the individual, and if he's unable to do so, he's practically useless. This is especially hard with flight based dragons, as he's less skilled with fighting in the air.
vStrength
His muscles are very lean, built for moving around in tight areas and focusing on stealth over strength. When it comes to brute strength, he will almost always lose. Apopis relies on his ability to get out of those situations, but when there's no exit, he has no chance of beating a dragon in a battle of muscle.
vFlight
Though he has 4 wings, one set is completely useless and is just there due to genetics. The other set isn't much better, thin and streamlined. It works well for gliding off of high surfaces and maybe getting some height on a very windy day. Besides that, it's nearly impossible for him to lift off on his own without a strong wind. Maneuverability in the air is little to none, due to his inexperience flying.
