| bro i had stomach flu thingy, already skinny but lost additional 4kg in 3 days, i literally could not stand up on my own, and he pestered me if i can come in to work? like my guy? your work requires standing AND walking, and i cannot do either of those things?? i will call you as soon as im /able/ to work a shift. he ended up closing "for a while" because no one was available to work lol |

| Cae IT'S A COFFEE PLACE?? my god, that sort of rush is the WORST, most stressful thing Good on you for saying no holy shit. I have had horrible panic attacks in situations like that Saying it "steeled her" is fucked up, I've never met him but I hate him horribly |

| Reprobate I think it's the lack of experience or ig just ''gratitude'' for being given a job that makes you neglect your well being. Of course you should be nice to your bosses and respect the fact you were given a job but it should never come at the expense of your well being. At least that's what I think lmao. It is hard to find a job like that now unfortunately |

| rep, but like, when his best worker started, the school nearby had like a festival day so ALL parents and ALL kids and ALL teachers were free to come for a coffee, so she died there alone (a customer with coffee shop experience jumped in to help her) and that steeled her!! made her the best and fastest worker ever!! and he wanted to do that to me too!! :D |

| Cae, it's the ''first real job'' experience you must go through as a rite of passage, made me really picky about jobs but also kinda gave me a backbone and taught me to say no from time to time lmao |
