Two pups find each other again.

Griffin sat alone on his stone rock. Few wolves ever passed his way. His hickory grey coat made him look like he was part of the stone rock he sat on. Only leaving to hunt he gave directions to those who were lost. He looked down at a tiny runt adult male. He smiled at the male causing it to jump back.
"Are you lost?" Griffin asked his voice loud and clear as it always was. The little runt male looked at him frightened, "Yes... my name is Car-I, please don't hurt me." Griffin laughed. "My name is Griffin. I harm none unless they challenge me for the rock i sit on. I am the keeper of directions. Where are you headed to?" Car-I looked at him now with his eyes filled with relief. "Northern Hunting Grounds." Griffin nodded. "Go out of this forest and you will find the path of which many oulves have taken. It is a very beaten path and will lead you strait to the Northern Hunting Grounds." |
