"Less stressful?" Inti asked. "But we have to fight to survive!" Inti paused for a moment. "Although, thinking about it, as long as we have hunting skills, a good herd, and we know how to defend ourselves against predators, things are not so bad. I mean, there's no pollution apart from the garbage that some humans have thrown away, no pressure to get a college degree, no economic crises. But I'm still not sure..."

Farris watched Inti get up from the corner of his eye. "Mornin' Inti," he said. He looked at Night. "Oh, I know where we should go. Follow me!" He started to run off but then looked behind him at her again. "And be sure you aren't too tired because it's gonna take quite a few minutes to get there," he said with a laugh.

She bolted after him. Unsure why she seemed to trust him. She soon caught up to him, and followed him to where ever he was leading her.

He dodged bushes and jumped over a few logs, looking back occasionally to see if Night was still following. He let out a loud laugh and continued to run, enjoying the time he was spending with her. After a few more minutes of running, he slowed down to a walk to catch his breath. Farris stood for a few seconds to wait for Night to catch up.

She caught up with him shortly after he slowed down. She was enjoying the dodging and jumping. She jumped over a log and landed next to Farris.

He smiled at her. "We'll be there soon," he said. Farris started to walk on again. After a few minutes, they reached a clearing. There was a circle of poison ivy and a big flat rock in the middle. "I used to play around here with my sister when we were little pups. It was a competition to see who could get to the work first without touching the ivy," he chuckled. "I always lost." He looked at her and then at the new ivy plants sprouting on the ground. "Wanna try it?" he asked.

Sure." she replied already circling the ivy looking for weak spots.

Farris disappeared into the trees and came out with a few sturdy branches. He set them down and went back into the woods. He brought back a few flat paw-sized rocks and set them down next to the branches. One by one, Farris set the branches next to each other, making just enough space for him to get on them. He put stepped on one of the branches, making sure they could take his weight. Farris held the leftover sticks in his mouth and put them down on the little platform that he made on top of the ivy. Then, he brought the rocks onto the platform. Farris stepped onto the platform and used the sticks that were left to make another in front of it. After he was done, he did the same thing again but with the sticks that were behind him. "I'm gonna get to the end before you," he teased Night.
