Farris growled and walked toward a cluster of fallen branches. "Guys..." he sniffed around the pile, the dry leaves brushing against his nose. "The scent is super strong here," he whispered. All of a sudden, a wolf jumped out and pinned him to the ground. "Step away from Aspen," he demanded in a firm voice. |

Sirius let go of the stranger and got her branch. "Strange wolf, beware! I have defeated the forces of Nature and the forces of Felines! Come closer to my cousins and i will distroy you with my terrible spear!" |

The unknown wolf scoffed and swatted the spear out of Sirius's grasp. He circled around Aspen and snarled at the wolves. "Leave. Now." |

Sirius howled. "DON'T TOUCH MY COUSIN AND MY BEST FRIEND. What do you want with her? Remember, if you're her family, then i am too! I'm her mother's niece!" |

The unknown wolf protested. "You don't understand. She needs me! We have been apart for years... It's time we reunite." Farris got up from the ground and shook his coat, getting the dirt off it. "Get away from Aspen," he warned. "We left you for a reason, Zane. You're crazy!" Aspen started to wake up and looked up at Sirius. "Get away from him," she said quietly. Her strength to do anything was still limited. |

Sirius screamed, "NO! whoever you are, Zane, you will not hurt Aspen! What do you want with her? I didn't bring her back from the dead so you could torture her!" She buried her face in Aspen's fur and cried some more. |
