Sirius found Farris following...a mountain lion?! She followed, thankful for her black pelt. But wait. They could still smell her! This is bad. This is very, very bad. They'll find me as easily as i can find a bear carcass. But if they find me, they'll have to deal with me. I hope they find me! Yet it was hard to shake off the nerves.

Jackie and Farris walked together in awkward silence. Jackie abruptly stopped and smelled the air. "Wolf, wait." Farris stopped, turned around, and rolled his eyes. "Ugh, what is it, Jackie. And for the last time, I have a name!" Jackie looked at him with an annoyed look on her face. "Could you shut up?!" she harshly whispered to him. Farris walked back to the mountain lion and smelled the air too. "I know that smell... I mean, it's familiar." Farris kept smelling. Jackie started to get excited. "Can we kill it?? Please????" Farris looked at her. "Seriously? Depends on what it is..." Jackie walked around in circles. She talked, her voice echoing in the forest. "You have 10 seconds to run before I kill you," she said. "I know exactly where you are." She smiled and started counting down. "Ten.... Nine...."

Jackie snickered. "How can such a little thing help us?" She tilted her head to the side and laughed. "Go home, kid. We don't need you. Let's go, wolf." She bumped his shoulder and started to walk away.

Luna lay her head on her paws. "What was that bear attack about?" Luna mumbled. She stood up and walked towards the lake. She took a few drinks. She sniffed the air. There was a faint smell of a mountain lion. "What are Mountain Lions doing down here?" Luna asked herself, changing the subject relatively fast. She stood near the woods where the scent came from. "It's hopefully leaving now. I'll stay here for now though." Luna said, laying under a low tree. Her brown pelt camouflaged into the tree behind her but was very visible due to the green grass and leaves around her. She sat up, trying to hear any sounds that she could.

Farris and Jackie walked away at a distance so that the wolf pup could not hear them. When they were a safe distance away, Jackie chuckled and said, "Poor thing doesn't know what the hell she's doing." Farris smiled. "So what are we going to do with her?" he asked. "Let her come," Jackie smiled menacingly. "I have an idea for her. She'll be gone sooner or later. Literally!" She turned and started to walk back to the pup, leaving Farris alone. "Please don't hurt her Jackie... My sister loves that pup.." he whispered to himself and walked back

Sirius looked at the lion. "So, am I coming or not?" She could smell Luna farther away. If she tries to hurt me, I'll call for her.
