Luna awoke to the sound of a bear. It had been chasing Farris. "What the hell?" Luna asked, watching him. She stood up from under the tree and bounded toward all of the commotion. She stood next to a bush, looking to see if Farris was still there. He was not so Luna flattened her ears. She walked back toward the tree she had slept under and watched everyone. She growled slightly. "Was he leading the bear or was it chasing him? He seemed to have been leading it towards the pack. Why though?" Luna asked herself, laying her head on her paws.

Farris slinked away from behind the rock as his sister was approaching. When he was finally alone he fell to the ground laughing. "I should make friends with some more bears!" He laughed again but then he heard a twig snap. Somethings there, he thought. "Show yourself," Farris demanded. A rabbit jumped out from a bush, running as fast as it could. It raced past Farris and ran out of sight. "What was it running from?" he asked himself. Another twig snapped. "Who's there?" Farris asked, his voice echoing. A female mountain lion appeared from the shadows. "Hello there," she said. Farris thought to himself for a moment. A mountain lion is powerful. She can help me destroy the pack. I should befriend her. "Hello... My name is Farris. What's yours?" The mountain lion started to walk in circles around him. "My name is Jackie. I'm aware of your intentions, wolf," she said. "I want to take down this pack as well. This land is rightfully mine and I have come to claim it again. It has been in my family for generations before your pack took it over." Farris thought about this. He would have someone to bring the pack down with because he definitely could not do it alone. "Alright," Farris said. "But what's in it for me?" he asked. "We'll discuss that tomorrow. Meet me here as soon as the sun rises above the horizon. I'll be expecting you, wolf." That being said Jackie, climbed a tree and disappeared into the darkness. Inti finally saw himself completely. He was a gray wolf, darker on top and lighter on his face, part of his paws, part of his tail, and his belly. He had some dark brown fur on the top of his head down to his shoulders, which reminded him of the hair he had had as a human. His eyes were yellow, his nose was black, and he could observe his sharp new teeth. Like in his previous spieces, he was a bit above average height, and had a slightly slim build as well as somewhat fluffy fur. He decided to drink some water since he hadn't had anything to drink that day. Well, this is the new me. He thought. I wonder for how long. Inti began to make fuunt faces in front of the lake to get used to his new face, hoping that no one was seeing him. Suddently, he heard growls from the distance that sounded like... a bear? He ran towards the camp, fearing that someone was in danger, but calmed down when the growls died down and began to drift away. What happened?! He wondered.

Sirius looked at Aspen. "I'm sorry." Then she lept up. "I'm going to go get food for Inti! See you soon!" She rushed to the prey pile, picked a deer leg, and ran to Inti. "Here, you look hungry. AS you eat, can you tell me about the human world? If you want, i can tell you my life too, though it won't be nearly as interesting as yours."

"Oh, hi, Sirius! Are you okay? Is everyone fine? I heard a bear, what happened? Inti had been somewhat annoyed with it because her recklessness almost cost her her life and caused a fight to the death with a human, but now he was only glad that she was safe. He was surprised at how well she moved despite her injured leg.

"Oh, Inti, I'm great! Aspen's brother led a bear to the camp, and i followed, but i was okay, and it was kinda scary, but nobody got hurt! How are you? Have you been looking at yourself? Do you like it? Did you know i have a scar on my leg from the bullet? It looks real cool though, i told all the pups about my amazing adventures! They got scared, but i told them it was really cool and you were really cool and Dusk was really cool and Frost was really cool and Eliza was really cool..." Sirius trailed off. She felt bad for rambling on and on and on.

"Inti couldn't believe it. Had Sirius told the other pups about him? It seems that she had a great interest in him due to his peculiar situation. It seemed strange to him that she would have admiration for him, considering that the wolves in this pack seemed to have constant friction with humans. Maybe she was just surprised at how well he was handling such a strange situation. Although well, she was not saved from being surprising, as she was carrying a deer leg by herself being so small. "Wow, thank you so much. So, I'm fine, thanks. Yes, I was looking at myself, and, well, I look nice, though I still can't stop wondering how did this even happen in the first place. You are lucky to have survived a human attack. Well, it was his fault for being willing to shoot a carnivore pup instead of running away, anyways. Wait a minute! Aspen's brother did WHAT?!" Frost padded into a sunny clearing, and lay down in a small patch of clovers. She heard frantic, heavy steps far away, but ignored them, assuming that it was just Dawn and Aspen chasing away the bear that they scented earlier. She rested her head on her front paws, and closed her eyes. The adolescent listened to her surroundings, identifying the different bird calls and the strange cricket sounds. This wasn't the first time she came here, as she would often sneak out of camp to lay in this very spot when she wanted to be alone

"Yeah! Apsen's brother befriended the bear to destroy the pack! Inti, I'm worried about him. I worry that he's going to do something else mean. i'm gonna find him." She followed his scent, like she did finding the human. The memory still brought shivers.

Farris looked around him before sneaking away into the forest to meet up with the mountain lion again. "She better not be trying to trick me into something," he muttered under his breath. He kept treading deeper into the forest for a few minutes before hearing a twig snap. "Jackie? Is that you?" Farris looked around him and the forest stayed silent. "Jackie... this isn't funny!" He started to worry. Was something out there?? Did it want to kill him? Out of the corner of his eye, Farris saw something jump out of a bush and tackle him to the ground. "Hahaha!! You should have seen your face! It was like 'oh noooo whats out there??'" Jackie fell to the ground laughing. Farris rolled his eyes. "Yeah yeah very funny. So what's the plan?" he asked. Jackie stopped laughing and looked at him. "Sorry, what? I need to know I can trust you first, wolf. How do I know that you're not a spy and your pack is just out to kill mountain lions?" Jackie asked. "That's stupid," Farris said. Jackie got up from the ground and bumped his shoulder. "Come on, wolf. If you do something for me then that'll show me I can trust you." Jackie walked away. Should I follow her? Farris thought. "Eh, whatever," he said, and followed the mountain lion deeper into the forest. Edited at February 25, 2022 11:13 AM by Valentino~
