Jumping off the tree branch and onto the snow, she started to make her way back to Rose Colony though she was fortunate to catch a rabbit on the way. She would have to see if Summer and Mischka would like her to keep hunting but Ember would like to rest at some point.

Misty ran to the tree where she and Jabez usually met. She wasn''t expecting him to be there, but to her surprise he was sitting at the base. At this point, Misty was crying, but tried to pull herself together for her mate.

Jabez purred, curling his tail around his paws. "Misty!" He smiled. When he noticed her tears, his face hardened. "What's wrong?" He growled, softly.

Misty broke down in tears, "I was trying to help Juniper by letting her rest after she fell into ice water by treting Ull." She sniffled, "But I gave him peppermint instead of parsley, which made him throw up I didn't mean to but now Juniper is probably more stressed than ever." She stopped crying, "I was just trying to help, but now I feel bad. Ull already wasn't feeling good."

"This UII made you cry? Ull? How is it pronounced?" Jabez said, hopping to his paws. He walked over to his mate's side.

Misty had stopped crying at this point. "No, dont go and do anything stupid." Misty knew her mate well enough to know he would be willing to defend her at all costs. "It wasn't his fault, I just feel bad."

"Fiiine." He growled. he sat down and curled his tail around his paws. "Want to, err, climb a tree with me?".

Misty sighed, "I've got a better idea." Misty was going to take him to the hot springs behind the waterfall. This had been her favorite place growing up. Very few others knew about it but it was the best in the cold winter months.

She led Jabez to the hot springs. At first, all you could see was a waterfall. She led him behind it, revealing the hot springs. She jumped in, it went just above her belly at the deepest point. " Come on in! The water feels great!" She flicked her tail, calling him over.
