How do I up my happiness bar in my den and when I try to push the play button on wolf pages it dosnt work

To increase pack happiness, make sure none if your wolves have the same dominance. Also, check their affinity. If they aren't excellent, they will bring your pack happiness down. All your pack happiness does is make your wolves heal better, so dont worry about it affecting anything major if its low.
