Im thinking of starting tomorrow, hopefully the remaining reservations will be finished by then.
In this first attack we will get to see the group that'll be hunting the dragons and riders to a degree.
I'm thinking the Meeting Spot for the First Flight will be a smaller island that is accessible via water, land bridge, and air. The land bridge becomes covered in water as high tide comes in. Which will convienently be when all the dragons get to the island, throwing their pursuers off thinking they couldn't have gone there afterall. Plus only those in the group knew of the spot. |

Normally I start at the Choosing Ceremony however it never makes it past that. So I'm trying something different this time. | The rp will start at the first flight, about a week or so after the choosing ceremony. The new riders were given the basic knowledge on how to rider their dragon, no actual practice, but enough education to give them the best chance of not, well, dying. | So, now they'll be putting that knowledge, luck, and will to the test in their first ride with their dragons. However, during this time is when the Kingdom will be attacked. Turning the first ride into a genuinely fly/ride or die situation. The riders and their dragons will have to successfully flee the fighting as one in order to survive, otherwise perish in the wake of flame and blood. |

Done! Wow that's a lot for me- considering she didn't exist until today lol. Tell me if there's anything that needs changing! Also I've apparently got a ton of backstory for Quill now. Maybe the group can stop off at her old family home at some point if they need a safe(ish) place to stay? I'm already imagining how fun it would be for Quill's pretty fierce, traditional mother to open up her home to a bunch of teenagers plus their most likely very annoyed dragons. Hehe. >:D |
