Not sure about other regional pronunciations or influences but I have German native relatives and when they speak English they pronounce 'wolf' as 'woof'

Maybe each regiment patrols their own half of the city? Just typing crap. What if there's an incident while the Foxtrot regiment are patrolling and then they start to realise that maybe this isn't a good place? I don't know what I'm saying .-.
