However, unlike the other breeding items it doesn't show up underneath the 'pregnant by' section like other items do.

The fact she's at 97 hours should be proof of the item purchase but just in case, this was when I purchased.

It doesn't show up because it isn't processed when the wolf gives birth. It instantly works when you use it.
