Yutaka - Engineer - Mention(s): Flux (ind: Vasilios)
(yes please mentions lol)

(I don't take bionics so apologies to anyone that does)
Yutaka scanned the notes with a bit of a critical eye, nodding his head slightly. "Yeah, I think we could integrate this with our existing equipment. You'll need a microthread receptor link to connect the prosthesis' inputs to be completely coordinated with the human input, won't you? Or, maybe you could... ah, that makes sense. And..." his words descended into incoherent mumbling as he scanned the rest of the wrinkled piece of paper, tracing a line with his finger and unintentionally applying a line of almost transparent diluted oversaturated oil condensate on the page.
Maybe he hadn't washed his hands properly. But did he really need to? It wasn't like oversaturated oil condensate was too toxic in any way. Mainly because no-one had tried it before, but still.
Plus, if he wiped it on enough surfaces the diluted fluid would wipe itself away. That was the mentality, at least - he wasn't the cleaner. The others had to take turns wiping the deck, to sweep away whatever they brought in with them.
He unconsciously wiped his hands on the seat of his pants as he nodded, sheet of paper still in his hand as he turned back to Flux. "It's looking promising," he said, nodding. At least Flux understood what he was saying - most of the crew asked for "layman's terms" and to "dumb it down a bit". Really, what were they? It couldn't be that hard to follow along with his talk. (Usually it was.)
"You might need to tweak the polar connection system slightly though. I doubt Vasilios's existing receptable ports are completely compactible with some of these new-fangled interceptors they're rolling out nowadays." He nodded, then motioned to hand the paper back to the cook-slash-inventor. "I can help you get some of that, though, if you want. There might be some compactible microthread receptor processors in my store room, if you want to have a look." At least Flux wouldn't mess with the organization like some of the others did. "Plus, I'm heading out because we need a new Boze-Einstein coherence regulator. The old one kaput itself by imbalancing the condensate. I can get some of the stuff on this list that you need too on the way." If I remember to, which I hope I will. "Just need to run it past Cap first then we're good." He smiled.
