Juniper/Female/Storm Healer/ M: Misty
Juniper nodded gratefully, a small smile touching her lips despite her soggy state. She followed Misty out of the stream, her fur dripping water onto the forest floor as they moved.
As they reached the bank, Juniper shook herself vigorously, attempting to rid herself of as much water as possible. Though the air was heavy with fog, the moisture in her fur chilled her slightly, but she paid it little mind, focused on the task ahead.
"Alright, let's get back to it," she said, determination in her voice as she glanced at the bundle of herbs in Misty's mouth. "We still have a lot to gather, and I'm not about to let a little water slow us down."
With renewed resolve, Juniper set off once more, her steps lighter now with her sister by her side. Together, they would navigate the forest and gather the herbs needed for their colony, undeterred by the unexpected detour.
Juniper's steps faltered slightly as they ventured deeper into the fog-laden forest, a faint sense of unease creeping over her. The mist veiled the familiar surroundings in an eerie shroud, distorting the shapes of trees and casting shadows that seemed to dance in the dim light.
She couldn't shake the feeling of being watched, each rustle of leaves or snap of twigs setting her fur on end. Though she tried to push aside her apprehension, Juniper couldn't help but feel a sense of foreboding in the foggy silence.
"Misty," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper, "this fog... it's making me a little wary of the forest."
She glanced around nervously, her gaze darting from shadow to shadow, searching for any sign of danger lurking in the mist. Despite her unease, Juniper knew they had to press on, but the fog seemed to swallow up their path, leaving her feeling disoriented and vulnerable.
