I think if you get a chat timeout it tells you on your den page how much time is remaining.

I've just checked and it doesn't seem to do the same for forum timeouts.

Also, I hope you guys don't mind, I did have her go into labour a bit earlie than what she said, just to add the extra stress for her character development, Loki is currently finding someone to help XD
