Rules
All of Eve's and WP's rules apply

1. This is a Semi-Lit to Literate RP. No one liners, at least 150 words with detail. With the forms I expect for well-written, detailed personality and appearance, for your character form. This includes proper grammer rules, any form that does not follow the requirements will be declined.

2. Be active, do not sign up to not post. Inactivity without a notice via PM or discussion will result in your character being removed from the RP. At least one post per week.

3. Drama in the RP is encouraged and welcomed. OOC drama is not. Similiarly, hate the character, not the person.

5. The descriptions for the dinosaur species have to be kept.

6. Be realistic. A single raptor cannot take down a full grown T-rex.

7. Godmodding, powerplaying, OP characters, Gary, Mary, Sues, etc. will not be tolerated.

8. While this RP will have unrealistic elements, it is still going to be realistic. Male x Female pairings for the dinosaurs will only be allowed for this RP. But you can do whatever you want with romantic pairings for the humans.

9. Be creative with your characters.

10. Everyone has a 3 character limit, this is subject to change.

11. I would like an even amount of carnivores, herbivores, and humans. If you have multiple characters, try to make one of the each

12. Put your favorite dinosaur movie in other.

13. Reservations last 48 hours.

14. This is not primarily a romantic focused RP, especially for the dinosaurs. Romance can be added on the side, but again, it is not primarily the focus of this RP.

15. Read everything. And have fun!

The Carnivores

Gigantosaurus
"Giant Southern Lizard"

At first glance, this collassial titan cuts a similiar figure to the well-known Tyrannosaurus Rex; with muscular thighs that aid running, the immense size, long and strong bodies, and the comically dispropportionate arms. But take a closer look, and you'll see the difference. The Gigantosaurus outstrips the Rex in size and weight. Standing from 19 to 28 feet tall, being anywhere between 45 to 54 feet long, and weighing from 14 to 16 tons, fully grown. Despite that this carnivore is one of the largest prehistoric predators, it is more built for agility and speed than the Rex, being able to make surprisingly quick, sharp turns. Although huge, the Giga's head is more narrower, built for more ripping and slashing than crushing; the near indentical, eight inch, blade-like serrated teeth help with this task. The males and females of the species are equal in size, though the females seem to be just a bit more agile than the males are. Males have more colorful scales. Gigantosaurus travels with a mate and offspring, the offspring seperate when adults; though it is common for them to travel with their siblings before going off on their own completely.

Tyrannosaurus Rex
"Tyrant Lizard King"

One of the most well known carnivores of the bygone age, it is one of the most largest carnivores that existed. Standing from 17 to 26 feet tall, measuring from 38 to 44 feet in length, and weighing from 9 to 13 tons. T-rexes are gender dimorphic with the full grown females being the largest specimens and the full grown males on the smaller end on the scale. These giants have the strongest bite force. They have large wide heads, with blunt and strong jaws made for crushing bone, grabbing and holding. These dinosaurs are built for strength, they might be slower and less agile than others of similiar size, but they are more powerful. These dinosaurs can be surprisingly stealthy when you take into account of their size, they can get next to you if they want and you won't know it; unless you feel the subtle rumbling of earth under your feet. While they can give a thundering roar, they can also communicate with a low, almost subvocal rumble in their throats; it is an ominious sound, and commonly used when hunting as to not scare off prey. Contrary to common belief, T-rex did not have bad vision, in fact the species' vision is better than hawks. These mighty creatures live alone, they do not travel with a mate, and their offspring will travel with them until old enough to fend for themselves while subadults; they will travel by themselves after that.

Utahraptor
"Utah's Predator"

One of the most well known predators, this smaller carnivore is exceptionally fierce. Standing at 6 feet tall at the hip, measuring 16 to 20 feet long, and weighing 350 to 500 pounds. They are the swiftest carnivore when running, and their maneuverability is unmatched. They are some of the only ones able to jump. One of the most distinctive features to these predators are the 9 inch sickle claw on each of their feet. And they have a very distinctive head and body shape. These are pack animals, with sophisticated communications, their vocalizations a mix of growls, rumbles, chirps, chitters, screeches, barks, and roars; the last used when they're aggressive. The pack size is usually 8-14 adults, not to mention juveniles and hatchlings; they are lead by the breeding pair, like wolves, although it is a matriarchal leadership, the female is the alpha and her chosen mate is the beta, she gives orders and he enforces. These highly intelligent hunters prefer ambush techniques; along with dashing in, striking with teeth or claws, then leaping just out of range, a dance of death; and also to leap onto the backs and sides of larger prey or enemies. Many times these three attacks are combined, leaping on the back while others below slash and dance away. In a pack, there is little they cannot take down; a Raptor alone is dangerous, in a pack they are lethal. Males and females are equal in size. While the bigger predators are dangerous, these smaller ones even more so, because while you can hear the big ones, usually; while the Utahraptors? They could be standing right next to you, running silently behind and to the sides, and you wouldn't even know it until it was too late.
