Maybe I'll ask Aja Pov if he might make some later, if we have any ingredients that go in it."

Gore: "I guess it depends on where the tavern is, but anything with fish is good. I'm kind of scared to venture out of fish. What if I get a taste for something not easily accessible at sea? Best to stick with what I already eat daily."

Maybe they could actually try to anchor option and wind up running aground on the island. Buuut, here's something I just discovered: most ships in that time had spare anchors. But also, their ship is probably large, them having been prolific pirates. It would probably take 10-15 peopke to unhook it. Which they don't really have. Of course, they might overestimate their strength and try anyway.

Maybe they were so confident in their awesome pirate abilities they were like "we don't need no stupid spare anchor" :)
