If you're asking about den banners, those are a Premium feature. If you have a Premium account, you can set a banner at Den > Account.

And just in case you're not sure, the banner is what you see at the top of den pages or the bottom of someones post in forums. You can see it on Serial Dreamers post and if you were to check their den, it would be at the top of the den page. Thats a banner, and its a premium thing.
