Tribe History
Before the tribes seperated into what we know today. Everyone lived together.
When animals fled from the dead zone they all met on what is now Tama Tribe territory. Most of us shaken to our cores, having the same hoplessness in their eyes.
As time went on and we began to build and the idea of a leader was becoming more and more a reality. Everyone was already distressed their lives in shambles. Made some ready for a fight at the drpo of a pin. Fights there were, countless fights leading to near death. Someone had to step up and balance the scales with a calm.
Two stong canidates filled the minds of the preaditors. Few of us had the will or fight left in us after what we had gone through. But the most notable preaditors who refused to let the worlds happening destroy their spirits were Kahal, a large black cougar, whos ideals were everyone had to be apart of a structure, and if you decided to lead the strucure you were banned from coming back. He wouldn't allow loafers to take from the loyal and depentible.
"We are one, or you are none."
Then there was Tairn, a small white wolf, whos ideals were that we should all care for one another and have our freedom. He did not believe on turning his back to the living, we had lost so many do the dead, or constraining a preadiotr paws.
"If we cannot live freely, then we are not living at all."
The two Ideals outshined all others. They would battle back and forth on their stances. Clearly unable to lead together, It had to be one to lead.
The back and forth tore the preaditiors in half. Talk slowly turned to action. With each side earning loyalty from preadiotrs. If they couldnt agree then one would have to leave. Taking his followers with him.
Both decided to stand their ground. Refusing to leave. Talk of war started. The fights that had almost vanished with the new election came back, and were worse.
One stormy night there was a brawl between Kahal and Tairn themselves. A bloody, nasty battle.
The rain fell hard ang fog raised from the ground making it near impossible to see. Yet onlookers cirlced, cheering for their champoin. No one paying atteintion to how close the brawlers were coming when Kahal swung his mighty paw at Tairn. Missing and landing on a cub. A small innocent cougar cub who had pushed past the adults to see what the yells were about. Her yowl brought all voices to a hush and the brawlers to a halt.
Kahals claw cut clean through her neck. Her wide, shaking, and terrified eyes met Kahals before her small body slumped to the ground.
"ENOUGH!"
A voice so sharp it seemed to slice through the rain peirced the silnce. A slender white lynx stood in between everything.
"Look at what you have done." She strided over to the cub. After examining the cut she began rustling through a sack she had tied around her shoulders she pulled out leaves, a ointment and cloth.
Muffled cries could be heard around the group. No one moved, stuck in their places.
Awhile passed as the lynx stopped the bleeding. Once stopped she applied her oinment, covered it with leaves, then wrapped her neck in more cloth.
Once finished the lynx pressed her nose the the cubs head and whispered words that were drowned out by the rain before turning to Kahal and Tairn. Her eyes were a deep crimson color and seemed to look deep into their souls. Her face worn by time.
"Neither of you are fit to lead in my opinon, I will not allow for what youve done to us to continue. There will be no more disrubtion here. You both will leave. I will assume the role of leader here until somone I deem worhty comes to take my place.
Kahal, You will take to the mountains and Tairn you will take to the valley. If you cannot see eye to eye then stay away from one another. You should not let your hatred spread. Allow tribe members to pass through the lands. There is no need for anymore blood to be spilled. Let this poor cubs be the last.
