Jarek | M | Pack Member | M: Willow The golden brute was sleeping soundly in his deep slumber of that was blissful and full of dreams of wolves desires.. Maybe his. A life supply of salmon and the sun that always shine and clear night skies. His long curly golden whisps of fur that was getting tangled on the moss and leaves underneath that will cause a disturbance to him later when he realizes. He felt a lick on his cheek and Willow say something to him. He peaked one eye open at the young she wolf and barks, " Murnin' maybe like a couple more minutes." He let out a deep yawn and covered his eyes with his large paws. He was little concerned and dumbfounded from the sudden affection that Willow expressed to him. The days were usally Willow and him seperate and not a simple word to each other. He was little scornful and bitter at her for that. He was nothing but nice to her, but if he would do the same thing he would be corrected and upset all of females in the pack. He groaned and rolled over his back wiggling aroung the moss and he rolls back over. He slowly gets up and thought of a wicked idea but he knew he couldn't act on it due to how hypocrite it was. He just wanted Willow to make her feel a little ounce of he felt. Rejected, bitter, and hurt. But he needed to be bigger man, but he hated his heart being played like it was nothing. He shook his head that traveled down his large muscular body to release all the tiredness and moss out of his fur and self. He wouldn't do that to her, he will just have to have her play his game. She wants his love, she's got to earn it. None of this tomfoolery she's playing that hurts others. The long game of making her earn his love and testing out her jealousy..

Willow | F | Pack Member| Mentions: Jarek Willow's ear flicked as she watched Jarek basically ignore her only looking at her briefly before having said he wanted to go back to bed. Willow rolled her eyes lightly though she knew she couldn't really harp on him, she did deserve the passive aggression for the way she's been treating him or lack there of for the past months. Willow rested her head on her paws as she watched her mate reluctantly get up while moving at a slow pace. He didn't seem like that much of a early bird compared to her, watching him slowly stretch and wake up his body made her eager to get up and start moving but she restrained herself from doing so. Willow looked up his shooken out body before her eyes met his and she scanned them lightly before glancing back out at the pack waking up. "Would you want to go on a border patrol.. together today?" Willow asked softly adding in the 'together today' after a brief pause. She knew it wasn't much and she knew he had every right to deny her but she could have chosen to leave him without saying goodmoring like she normally could hand done so at least she was trying right? Willow's head shifting back towards Jarek as she looked back at him "...if you would want to" Willow added looking to his eyes sincerely so he knew she was genuinely asking. Willow often sucked at holding eye contact, maybe it was a defense mechanism or maybe she didn't like the idea of others trying to read her and tell what she was thinking but she rarely made eye contact and even if she did she didn't hold it for very long and would usually end up looking away and that she did. Willow's eyes broke away from him as she slowly stretched bending into a downward dog before stretching out her legs as she licked at her maw, wetting her rather dry mouth. Enigma || 1 Year, 8 Months || Female || Juvenile || M: Pack Members (Ind), Open The shifting of paws and bodies is what the she-wolf first took note of as she came too, rather than the chirping of birds or warmer-than-usual air that others were sure to fondly acknowledge. Bright rays of light filtered into the den, turning what should have been darkness to a shining blanket of orange and yellow behind her closed eyes. One such beam seemed to hit her paw if the indication of warmth there was anything to go by. Or, well, increase in warmth that is. Her fellow juveniles provided enough to stay comfortable during the nights. The soft brush of another’s fur against her side is what finally pulls her out of her drowsy mullings – the touch so light that the one stepping over her would be unlikely to notice the contact. Rich brown eyes flicker open, glancing around the emptying den as more and more of her companions filtered towards the entrance. She knew not which one had accidentally touched her, unable to determine which wolf had come from where in the den. But, then again, she didn’t care. With a wide mouthed yawn and “whine,” Enigma rises to her paws slowly but steadily. Much stuck to her pelt from the night prior just as she had suspected given her sticky relationship with her bedding. Freeing her pelt of what she could with a good shake, and sprinkling those who remained with whatever had fallen off, she drowsily makes her way to the entrance of the den. The sun was blinding as she passed through the threshold of the den causing her eyes to quickly squint in retaliation at the sensation as she surveyed the camp. Not much seemed to be occurring besides the usual: adults waking to begin their duties, juveniles figure out what they should be doing, some snagging a drop to ease their parched throats, and the alpha male judging everyone from above. Yup, just another good ol’ day with the pack. With another yawn, the young female proceeds to lay outside the den she had just left – off to the left and out of the walk way. Her eyes continuously scanned the area as she waited for the alpha’s call to begin their day.

Distance | M | Pup | M: Moth (mentioned in dream) He was running. He wasn't running from anything, nor was he running after anything. He... just loved the strange feeling of it. Maybe, if he decided not to be a fighter, he could be a hunter. He was fast enough for that, too, but the thrill of fighting enticed him more. He brushed away his thoughts as he pranced through the forest. There was nothing to be afraid of here. No predators could catch him if he ran fast enough, and there weren't going to be any blizzards in a warm season like this. Not even his parents could chase him down - who else could? Okay, well, maybe someone as fast as Moth could, but that didn't matter. He kept running, partly aware of the scent of all of the other juveniles that were accompanying him. He'd have to thank them later. Tonight's adventure was thrilling to him, and he was more than grateful that they'd taken the time to persuade him not to be afraid - that as long as he ran fast and didn't stop, nothing could put him in danger. He'd be fine, he told himself as he kept running. The wind rustling against his pelt and whistling in his ears reassured him, and the familiar feeling of firm but gentle dirt beneath his paws only pushed him forwards. He didn't seem to be out of breath at all, and exhaustion didn't mean anything to him - it never had to begin with. Then, he noticed that the smell of the other juveniles who'd brought him on the rebellious adventure were... fading away. He halted, sniffing the air, but their scents disappeared into the cool breeze. He couldn't locate them. Drat. Whatever. As long as he ran fast enough, nothing could put him in danger - There was the smell of something sharp and metallic. He startled. What was that smell? It seemed to be drifting from a... a clearing? No - there was another sound. He perked his ears. There was a trickling sound - distant, but it was there alright. He wandered towards it instinctively, although his nose screamed for him to turn back as the metallic smell increased drastically. The river opened up to him, silky water carving through the forest in the embrace of the moonlight. Suddenly thirsty, he eagerly leaned forward and took a huge gulp of water, but... something tasted off. Then he turned around and saw - he saw - he saw...... Distance woke up with a start. The dream always ended there. It always ended there, no matter what he tried to do to make it progress. There was just that empty section in his mind, a void yet to be filled by the dream. He was curious, and he wanted to know what the dream was hiding from him, but... he was scared. What secret was he keeping from himself? Distance blinked away the exhaustion from his eyes, and instantly the sunlight blinded him. Sunlight. How strange. The warmth of spring seemed to remind him of the reassuring wind in the dream, something he wished to feel again, yet he was also afraid of it. Distance yawned and paced out into the clearing. Nevermind the dream. His throat was screaming with thirst, and he decided to fulfill its wishes. Instead of drinking from the nearest river bend, which was closest to the nursery, Distance chose to drink by the waterfall. Even he had no idea why. It was instinctive, almost... but he wondered if it had to do with the river in the dream. That strange taste in the water. He didn't want to know what it was. Forget the dream, he told himself. You'll figure out what happened sooner or later.

Keanu - 5yrs - Male - Pack Member Keanu yawns, his eyes flickering open as the sound of bird calls fill the clearing. He can hear his pack mates shuffling around in the camp as they all begin to awake. A stiff breeze wafts through the enterance of the den, leaving Keanu's fur puffed up as it blows through his thick pelt.' ' Rather chilly today... ' ' he thinks, raising his head to gaze at the sky and bright sun. He squints his eyes, turning his head away from the light and pushing himself to his paws. Keanu shakes out his coat and brushes a paw over his face in a lazy attempt to seem somewhat put together. He rises to his paws and quietly saunters out of the den and into the bright clearing, finding a sunny spot atop a rock. He settles onto his perch, gazing around the camp as more wolves begin to emerge from their dens. Alpine - 1.9 yrs - Male - Juvenile Alpine awakes slowly, his gaze narrowing in confusion. He's awoken outside his den. ' ' Not again... ' ' he grumbles, pushing to his paws and shaking his thick, messy coat. Last night he decided to go out hunting and came back rather late. After a stern word or two from older wolves he had stumbled back to his den and collapsed outside of it, promising himself he'd only take a quick rest before returning to his nest. He must have fallen asleep there anyways. Alpine stretches his stiff limbs with a grunt, padding over to the water source for a quick drink to soothe his aching throat. Alpine sleepily dips his head down to take a little drink, he leans a little too far forwards... ' ' Bleh! ' ' he exclaims, jerking his head out of the water. ' ' Ugh, this is pathetic ' ' he snarls through clamped jaws as he shakes his sopping wet head. Thoroughly embarrassed, he stalks back to his spot outside his den, grumpily grooming his thick coat as he awaits Malaki's call to start the day. Tuscany - 10 yrs - Male - Elder Tuscany slowly awakens, the bright sun streaming into his den. He rolls to his side with a sigh, allowing his old body time to awaken and stretch. He sticks his paws out infront of him and grunts in a deep stretch. Tuscany slowly makes his way to a standing position on shaky paws, he wobbles out of his den and into the morning light. Plopping down on a soft patch of grass, Tuscany begins to slowly lick his paws, enjoying the nice morning. That was until a cold breeze pierces through his thin coat, leaving his slim body shivering. ' ' Of course... ' ' he murmurs, ' ' just when I was beginning to enjoy the weather. ' ' Hunger pierces his empty stomach and he begrudgingly wobbles to his unsteady paws and slowly makes his way to the water source, crouching by the edge and lapping at the chilly water. Tuscany stands back up with a grunt, sauntering over to a sunny spot and laying down. He rests his head on his paws as he awaits the call of the day, hoping to get some food soon. Kalevala | F | Pack Member | M: open Kalevala has been movingthrough the shadows and darkness of the night. Her time of moving and running for the her life and her hidden life. The darkness of Kalevala that slaughtered and caused destruction without knowing the culprit. She hasn't been home for a couple weeks taking up the orders of Malakai. The cold cruel alpha male that took her under his corrupt wing. She has no recollection of why he would. The nights of sparring and lessons to be everyone's nightmare.. The dark angel that will save you or be your downfall. Her mission was to eliminate an opposing pack members alpha and his offsprings, spy on another pack, and brutally slaughter and inure wolves from another pack without being caught. Her short terms of life all she has known is death and blood. And all from her own doing... The stench of fear and cries of others in the morning discovering the fallen of loved ones from something like a ghost. Kalevala continued on through the dark with determination with cold fog exhaling from her mouth. The season of spring has started to branch out to others. Kalevala a dark colored wolf was drenched in mud, barbs and thorns. Then an unpleasant presence of blood and death stench with her coat matted with dried crimson around her paws and jaws. A wild look in her eyes as she is alone in the wilderness to not be found. Her muscles begged and screamed for her to rest, but she will not become defeated as she fought her way home. Though what was really left for her at home... A mother, father, and brother. A family that will start to drift on their own as they grow older. Vala had no love or pairing as she was chosen for a life to bear loneliness and to carry unspeakable acts. Kalevala realized that sun has started to awake and the skies were painted with purple and blues. She wanted to stop and admire the beauty but she had little more to go. She could smell the pack territory. She pinned her ears to her head with anguish and anger as she has to face everyone again. People may ask how her travels was and how the missions are like. A burden... Not a choice for her.. She was coerced and trained hard with many bloody fights with Malakai. Her stone cold blue eyes looked out in front of her to examine the territory for any border patrol. Kalevala took a deep breath for confidence and took her first step and carried herself with confidence and fierce determination. Her appearance has changed with more wild look to her and crazed of blood soaking her maw and paws. Her blue eyes were stone cold and fierce and she entered the camp seeing everyone awake. Everyone looked different to her and happy or so what they look. She had carried the head of the alpha wolf to sent to kill. She dropped it in front of the rockpile of Malakai with vicious look toward Malakai.

Lycus | Juvenile | Mentions: Kalevala (ind), Malakai (ind) Lycus opened his eyes sleepily, groaning as the bright morning sun nearly blinded him. He quickly got up and stretched, hurrying out into the clearing as lots of the other juveniles had already woke up. His eyes immeditaly brightened when he caught sight of his sister, Kalevala. He hadn't seen her since Malakai had sent her off on another one of her missions. He trotted closer to where she was standing, but not approaching her in case she was busy. Lycus took a few steps back when he noticed the blood dripping from her jaws. He tried to act unbothered by it, but couldn't help the shiver that trickled down his spine. He and Kalevala had always gotten along decent enough, but the thought of his older sister killing somebody unerved him to say the least. After all, no matter how much Kalevala seemed to not like him at times, she was still his sister. He was tempted to go and greet her, but from the look in her eyes he decided agasint it, making his way over to the water source to get a drink, trying to ignore the feeling burning a hole through his chest. Inclementia The Alpha Female | Female | 5.5 Years | Mentions: Malaki, Kalevala Her Children, Her Packmates [ind/dir] The pale colored female slowly rose in from her slumber. Her ears back in an annoyed manner - she was lacking the warmth of her mate and she was irritated by this. He didn't even have the decency to let her know he was leaving the den, and she gave a slight growl of irritation. It made her look incompetent and uncaring that she slept in whole her mate was already up and about the pack. She yawned, her sharp pearly canines on display as she ran her salmon-hued tongue against them. And she noted her children weren't with them either and gave a small huff of annoyance at this. Did no one have the decency to wake her. She may be pregnant but that wasn't a reason for her to slack off. And so she made her way out the den, and shook her coat off. Holding herself with regal posture, she scanned the crowd to see that most of the pack was beginning to stir awake which was good. However, she frowned as she noted that neither Beta was to be seen up - hopefully they were doing something important, otherwise they would face a stern talking to from the dame.
She was going to greet her mate when Kalevala came up with an interesting object. It was a head, the head of an leader of another pack. Oh good heavens, what a mess she inwardly thought - though her outward expression remained placid. She looked at the blood on the young female and gave a soft hum, as she dug her claw in the head and batted it with slight amusement. The poor male was a fool, and had been in the way. "Hmm, Malaki - if you wanted to get rid of him, shouldn't you have consulted me first- darling. I know you like your secrets and plots, but so do I. And I can't clean up your messes if I don't know about them, and this will be so troublesome to deal with." And she gave a dramatic sigh as she batted the head to Malaki's feet. "Males, always so messy when disposing of things and leaving us ladies to fix their messes. Tch." She gave an irritated scoff. Then taking a breath she looked at Kalevala, " Sweetheart, would you be a dear and wash up in the stream. It's unslightly for a girl such as yourself to be stained with blood and surely it's uncomfortable." And she licked the females face, the metallic taste of blood on her lips as she rumbled softly and gave a gentle nudge to the younger dame, "go on, shoo. Get cleaned up, and next time - try not to make such a display of such a thing. Not everyone can stomach swing . . . . limbs and children are present, dearest." And she paused for a moment before narrowing her golden eyes and walking atop the rock and lounging on it. Her eyes relaxing as she sat, "Now, could someone please tell me where exactly the hell, my Beta Male and Female are? Because I do not see them." She crooned sweetly, though everyone would know she was not pleased or happy in the slightest - though her outward demeanor spoke otherwise. "Because we need a hunt organized and the juveniles need to do some training." She spoke evenly, and business like. Her head tilted upwards as she looked down on the crowd.
She wanted answers and she wanted them now. Edited at January 11, 2024 10:00 AM by Spellbound

Lynxtuft/F/ Mentions- Fang, Shashlik, Lyka, Inclementia Lynxtuft began to turn, as she heard Inclementia say something outside. "Maybe I can hunt today..." she whined thoughtfully. Shashlik was a good mate, and he would take great care of her darling pups. She heard a whine-grumble as Fang stretched, then woke. "Good morning, my darling pup!" She yelped happily, then realized wolves were still sleeping and lowered her voice. His tiny head turned toward her, and she lovingly walked up and licked his nose. "How are you, sweetheart?"
