Inclementia The Alpha Female | Female | 5.5 Years | Mentions: Malaki, The Pack [dir.] The young female had narrowed her eyes when two wolves had spoken about not being assigned. Flicking her ear in a slight moment of irritation - she prepared to give a small reprimand as she didn't tell them to say they hadn't been assigned or ask for a task. But it seemed her mate was quicker than her in that department - and she remained silent as she watched the disaster unfold before her. How quickly her mate punished Lynxtuft and then Rowan being a bit rebellious in his actions and then outright disrespectful in his tone and words towards her mate. She didn't speak or react and just watched with a cool silence, yet their was an underlying fury pooling within her. She had wanted things to be simple - but, things just didn't go according to plan. And so she decided to intervene in this rather quickly created mess of a problem. And so she gave a soft sigh, and looked at her mate with a quick observation - he seemed to be in a foul mood, more than usual. She didn't want to undermine nor usurp his power, but she could sweettalk him. And so she decided to do such and press against her mate, gently to at least calm him down for a start. "Now, darling," she spoke sweetly, " I was a bit annoyed when Lynxtuft spoke out of turn - and I don't know exactly the extent of her behavior today. I'm leaving the punishment in your paws, however," she said with a melodious voice, and paused to get his attention - for him to really hear her words, "I believe it is a bit much to not allow her to care for her pup. After all, even though this pack is a unit - would you trust a stranger with the rearing of our children? I think not. I believe she should be given at least that. And don't be too harsh on her either, I can only assume she meant the best." "Also, dearest - I will handle Rowan." And she then looked at the rest of the pack saying, "Now, I will continue the meeting - but it seems some of the pack are missing. While I'm confident that our main hunting party will find enough food for the pack. I would like a smaller hunting party to be dispersed. Now, do I have any volunteers who would like to head this smaller party?" She said - her voice back to ringing with authority and business. And she noticed her daughter approaching and her gaze softened slightly. And she moved to give Moth room beside her and nudged her gently in acknowledgment.

Echo | M | Pack Member | M: Arrow, Malakai Echo whispered to Arrow " It used to be so peaceful and no one really arguing but just from the last few days it has been rough for everyone. That commotion from Rowan was so unexpected I never thought he would stick up to the alpha. I am going to take a quick nap and then ask Malakai if I can go on a quick hunt for the food pile." He nuzzles his mate " Don't overthink to much."

Lynxtuft/F/Omega/M:Rowan, Malakai "Rowan! Stop for a second. I know you feel bad for me, but you can't get in trouble for me! I deserve all of this. I'm useless, but you... you can still shine! You're nice, and friendly, and funny, and just amazing! You can't get punished all the time by Malakai." She blurted. Her ears trembled, and her eyes were wide. "Look, I know you're wonderful and stood up for me, but... I don't matter. You shouldn't do that again. I will still talk to you at the creek, though. Keep your head down for now. You're too good to end up dead."

Rowan || M || Juvenile || Lynxtuft Rowan turned his head from her as he continued to clean up. He could feel fury burning in him yet gave up it wasn't worth it. Sighing he left the den leaving Lynxtuft there. He sat down in the clearing, he knew everyone would be looking at him. His body tensed up as if 100 wolves were staring at him. He shifted laying down with his head on his paws. Slowly he gave up and fell into a uneasy sleep.

Skylark l F l Juvenile l M: Rowan, Lynxtuft, Malakai Skylark sat back and watched the scene unfold. No! Rowan! Skylark didn't think Lynxtuft deserved her punishment either but she wasn't going to speak up about it. Malakai is the alpha! He knows what he's doing. He has reasons. Rowan can't stop the alpha so why is he speaking up? He might be right... Skylark shook off the thought. It doesn't matter. Tomorrow we'll wake up and everything will go back to normal, she thought with a fornlorned glance at Rowan. I hope.

Her paws itched with the urge to go out and find more, but she was afraid of what Malakai would do with a mischievious pup. She didn't want to be Omega's assistant! She wrestled with her nest, trying to get into a good sleeping position.

Sikúnguaĸ Male | Pack Member : Enigma & Lycus, The Pack A large alabaster male quietly made his way to camp. His steps quiet and measured - he had just taken a walk to enjoy the cool air of the morning and to come back and see what the day held for him and his family. He didn't see his mate anywhere around and he was rather disappointed in that - maybe he'd get her some flowers later on to show he was thinking about her. And he thought that was a good idea and made a note to find her favorite flowers if they were in season. And the next person he looked to see if he could find was that dear daughter of his and it seemed she was awake and still near the den where the juveniles rested and he walked over to the young female. His form towering over the petite wolf - he was a large wolf and he appreciated it, because it meant he could protect his daughter and be intimidating without even uttering a word. He gave her a gentle expression, one only reserved for his offfspring and those that he loved - and he licked her face with a teasing manner. Purposefully, dragging his rough tongue against her cheek slowly as if she was still a little pup who needed her fur groomed. A mischievous twinkle in his eye as he gave one last lick to mess up a tuft of fur on the top of her head - and he looked at her innocently before he spoke. "Good Morning, my little snowflake. Let's head to the meeting before we get chewed out." He said with an even tone, and he began walking - knowing she would be nearby, "have you seen your mother? Because I haven't, I would've liked to have taken her for a walk this morning. The scenery was quite beautiful today." He mused in a low tone to her - his voice slightly airy but also crisp in tone. As they approached the meeting spot, he settled down quietly. Awaiting the news and orders to be given - but it seems that everything quite quickly went to shit. A female didn't know the meaning of quietly waiting for answers, and other asked a rather stupid question and finally a juvenile was being quite rebellious. He was impressed with how Inclementia handles the situation, being able to soothe her mate while still respecting his authority and helping out the ones in trouble. And he was quite satisfied with his task, he got to teach his daughter how to hunt! That should be interesting. But he wasn't sure how he felt about her learning with a boy, and he could feel himself frowning at the revelation. Well at least he'd be there to supervise if anything went wrong or not to his liking. Now, he figures Lycus was respectable - just a tad bit, but he was unsure about that sister of his. She was quite the mystery to him. Since he didn't want to look like a fool, he went back to his daughter and spoke saying, " Could you tell me about this Lycus, fellow? Who are his parents and what do you think about him? Is he respectable in your opinion and are you comfortable learning with him?" He said rambling on, he was quite invested in making sure he was a decent male. Who knows, he might actually approve of someone courting his daughter - but he'd raise hell if his little girl asked him to. Because after all, only the happiness of his girls mattered to him. Silence | F | Pack member | M: Lynxtuft, Malakai, Inclementia, Keanu, Rowan, Feng Silence was, if anything, irritated. She tried to recall what happened earlier. A whole group of them, including Lynxtuft, had went out hunting and collectively became super excited over.... over a mouse, was it? Or was it a fawn? And... then she forgot what happened after that... She sighed. Daydreaming was fun, alright, but it did take away her ability to focus and remember details a lot. Now she was here, watching what seemed to be a normal session of the alphas handing out patrols very quickly fall down a cliff. She was almost shocked at how quickly certain wolves could accidentally stir up drama. Silence couldn't even get Keanu mad that fast, let alone Malakai and Inclementia. Lynxtuft's reasoning was understandable, though - she was simply asking a question, although the issue she brought up was one that the alphas were handling at the moment. Rowan defending her, though, was unexpected... but also kind of expected. Anyone placed in a situation like his would either not respond at all, or angrily challenge what they deemed to be an injustice. Regardless, Silence was somewhat conflicted about her opinion on this entire issue. To some extent, she understood what Lynxtuft had been trying to do, but at the same time, she also knew that the alphas not responding to kindly to the she-wolf's question was also... well, not relatable, but rather kind of reasonable. Whatever. Thinking about this too much wasn't going to benefit her. If she couldn't decide who to sympathize with, it was best not to forcefully shove herself in the situation altogether. In the corner of her eye, Silence saw her pup, Feng, rush back into her nest. Perhaps she should check up on her... even though she knew she was somewhat unprepared for the role of a mother, Silence felt the need to be concerned in case Feng or Skylark felt conflicted. She was a pup, after all. Tearing her eyes away from the scene, Silence opted to rush back into the nursery after Feng. She couldn't tell how Feng felt - after all, Silence was not a mind reader nor particularly well versed in comforting others - but this was the least she could do, at least in Keanu's absence. Feng|F|pup|mentions- Silence, Lynxtuft, Malakai Feng saw her mother come into the nursery. Was Silence looking for her? Feng let her thoughts wander for a bit. "Hi, mom." Feng greeted Silence. She hoped that the state of her nest wouldn't be too much trouble to fix, she was a bit restless.
