Layne Marie // Male // 17 // Fire Student // Respawn/winged // M: Skylar The presence of a wolf was slightly startling but the emotion faded as the being shifted. The dark brown hair and vibrant blue eyes seemed slightly inviting but at the same time... they seemed young. Layne finally shook his head lightly, waving one hand and rubbing the back of his neck. "Probably not," his words were loose and light, as if shrugging the matter off. "I'm new and all," Layne finally explained and added a faint laugh to his words. "Layne Marie, what's your name?" This kid... was probably a good two--if not three--years younger than he was. It was... a little confusing at the least. It was why he had completely missed the fact that Skylar had already said his name. He was just... confused. |

I walk towards the guy and put a hand on his shoulder wondering what has gotten into him so I send a shock of lightning onto his shoulder and stand up straight also confused why he looked so unfazed. |

Layne Marie // Male // 17 // Fire Student // Respawn/Winged // M: Skylar Of course he was confused? It was his first day and not a whole lot had been explained to him. Layne had gotten this far by pretending like he belonged and hoping for the best. But, he'd at least give him the benefit of the doubt. Whatever words he might've had dried up as Skylar walked forward and set one hand on his shoulder. Weird, but not the weirdest thing that has happened. However, at the jolting shock that traveled through his palm and into the skin of his shoulder? Layne let out a sharp shout, leaping to his feet. The shock jerked his muscles, his entire shoulder twitching upward as he rubbed the spot. "Dude--? In what world was that the smartest thing to do?!" His words held a strange venom to them, his sapphire eyes flashing with distaste. "Good grief, get away from me." |

Layne Marie // Male // 17 // Fire Student // Respawn/Winged // M: Skylar That kid was supposed to be some leader? By shocking and injuring others? Oh, yeah. A real treat he was. "Oh, sure," Layne grumbled, glaring after him. "Maybe a group leader should act better than whatever hazing attempt that was." Layne shook his head, with a burst of frustration, grabbed his backpack and stalked back out the double doors. There was no way he was staying another minute with that kid. His wings itched... and the windows... Layne glanced back briefly, then to the windows again, before deciding to pace through the hallways to find a way outside. It couldn't hurt to just fly around and let off some steam. It wasn't like he could actually... die. |

Oh how he wanted to just break something! The fire and the fuel in his system still boiled and bubbled like a simmering stew. It rolled his stomach into knots and sent his heart into his throat. "Do yourself a favor and get out of my way," Layne snapped, surprisingly vicious. "I don't need you, clearly. Whatever group you're of? I'm not. Because you're no leader. Now piss off and leave me alone." Layne adjusted his backpack over his shoulder and turned on his heel, stalking the other direction. "Because even if you threaten me," he glanced back, looking at the kid. "One of us will come back. It won't be you." He continued forward, shaking feathers from his wings. |

Once I'm outside I shift to a white lion walking around to where I saw Layne last and paw at the window." Use those wings of yours." |

Silver | Female | Fire Student | Energy Manipulation| M: Askel, Chai, Skylar, Layne Silver threw her head back as she sunk further into her chair, a piercing headache taking ahold of her mind as she listened to the bickering outside the hallway. She lay her head down on the desk as she gently bumped her head onto it a few times before abruptly standing up and heading to the door, pausing as she turned to Chai and Askel. "Sorry guys, I'll be right back." She grumbled as her hair began to float and wave softly above her head, her eyes beginning to faintly glow a bit orange. ° Slipping out of the classroom, she made her way down the hallway, the tips of her hair lighting up a bright orange as tiny candle like flames took place. "What.. on gods green earth.. ARE YOU TWO DOING-!?" Silver snapped as she slammed her open palm loudly against the wall to catch their attention. "We can hear you all the way down the hallway-! Get your asses to class before I DRAG YOU THERE MYSELF." Silver's voice raised as the fire spread along her hair, the hallway slowly becoming warm and stuffy before she took a slow deep breath, the fire subsiding a little. ° Her eyes narrowed as she glared sharply in Skylar's direction, nodding her head back towards the classroom as she beckoned him to go ahead, her gaze resting on Layne as she stepped towards him. Her hair still retained some of its floatiness as it returned back to resting over her shoulders in semi brushed waves and curls. "...I don't think I've seen you around. New aren't you." Silver did her best to put up a comforting and welcoming voice although some of her frustration was still evident, weaving through her words. ° "Names Silver, Silver Montgomery, I'm a fire student." She gave her warmest smile as she extended a hand to Layne, waiting to hear his introduction. |
