Miss Laura | Female | Hybrid | Teachers - I walked through the now familiar hallways, beautifully crafted by some of the best architects in the country, and designed by the headmaster himself. The walls were lined with magestic oil paintings of angels and devils living in peace together. But alas that was only a dream. I walked confidently into the room filled with students trying to find their dorms. I greeted the ones I remembered, and warned the ones that hadn't done well in my class. I spotted the headmaster walking into the room aswell, and a few other teachers here and there. Gosh it was finally happening. The realisation just hit me! I spotted one of my best students, and went over to talk to her. "Diana! How have you been? I hope you've been practicing your gliding, because I'll be putting you in the teams with year." I said grinning. - Luke | Male | Angel | Third year - So many people. I noticed someone nervously holding their map of the school. Others were chatting and laughing. The first years all looked lost, but some kind second and third years were showing them around. I stuck to the corners, watching the chaos of the first day unravel around me. I recognised many faces, from my old classes, or in the skyball matches. I saw my old roommate talking with another devil. I sighed and went to my dorm. Who have I been paired up with this time?

Ash/ female/ devil/ first year ♦ Ash walked through the crowding students very confidently, though it was onlt her first year. Her eyes glittered with caution when she spotted a few angels. Then, she even saw one with four halos. Odd. The only ones known to have four halos were the queen, the upper mage, and the princess who is missing. ♦ Ash walked away from the angels and went up to a few devils she knew from where she lived and spoke to them.

Diana/ female/ angel/ first year ♦ "I'm pretty good," Diana told Ms. Laura. "Umm, yes I have practiced. But I didn't know you would actually put me in the team this year." I guess this is pretty good news. I love gliding. Diana thought.

Coretha | Female | Angel | First Year . So... first day of school, Coretha thought. I wonder how it will go? . She walked up to the large, imposing building, pauisng for a moment to stare up at it. I hope this won't go too badly... Well, I might as well as just go in insted of just standing here gawking. . Coretha stepped into the school. A small crowd of students, devils, angels, and hybrids alike, were milling about inside. It was definitely a lot more people than she was used to. Oh, dear. This is too much... The demons seemed to be sticking with their own kind, as was the angels. She caught a few students staring oddly at her ears and tail; some of them looked away quickly when she spotted them and others just kept blatantly staring. . She'd considered weraing a hood to cover her fluffy ears, but there was no way she could hide her tail, and besides, her haloes and tiny wings would attract just as much attention. . But- no. Wait. . Coretha stifled a gasp. Did that angel have- four haloes? . Impossible. The only angels with four haloes were the queen, upper mage, and the missing princess. . Was she the princess? She looked too young to be the queen or the mage, and plus, Coretha had seen the queen and the upper mage before. Hmm. Curious. . The four-haloed angel seemed to be very uncomfortable in the face of all the stares and whispers, trying- and failing- to hide her haloes. How does she stand it? All the attention? . Coretha shook her head. Mind your own business, Coretha. She slipped behind a cluster of angels, sweeping a strand of her frosty white hair over her shoulder and doing her best not to brush against the students, and kept to the corners of the great hall. She bit her lip and picked at her already-ragged fingernails worriedly. Where am I supposed to go? Should I ask someone for help? As soon as the thought crossed her mind, she shook her head. No. I can't do that. Edited at April 8, 2024 11:42 AM by Storm Runner

Ayaka / Female / Angel / Second year ♦ Ayaka brushed her snow-white hair over her shoulder and glided down the halls. Her big sliver-tinged wings folded and gently brushing against things. She swept through the halls, searching for someone. She sighed each time she mistook someone else for him. Finally, she put her hands on her hips. "Where is he?" she mumbled to herself. She nodded to a few people she recognized, ignoring the mean looks she was getting from the devils. Ayaka saw one angel with four haloes and had a few seconds to wonder about that before a devil caught her eye. "Finally!" she said, gliding towards him. ♦ Ethan / Male / Devil / Third Year ♦ Ethan felt a light tap on his shoulder and spun around. He found an angel. An irritated angel. "Hello, Miss. Do I know you?" he faked. The angel rolled her eyes. "Where have you been? I've been looking for you everywhere!" Her voice was still gentle and melodic even though she was mad. Ethan grinned. "Good to see you too, Ayaka." Ayaka finally smiled. "Have you seen the angel with four haloes?" Ethan blinked, surprised. "Not yet." Ayaka tapped her hip, thoughtfully. "Yeah, I thought only the princess and queen only had four." Ethan nodded. Something caught his eye and he saw her. She was an angel and had four haloes. He raised an eyebrow and watched her. Fascinating. Edited at April 8, 2024 11:40 AM by Moonstar

Nolen / Male / Hybrid / Headmaster ♦ I watched from an overhead balcony that was slightly hidden as students filled the halls. I frowned as I saw that they were mostly sticking with their own friends, angels with angels and devils with devils. I sighed. This was going to be hard. Then I blinked as I saw an angel and devil talking together. I blinked and looked closer. Then I smiled a little as I saw Ayaka and Ethan. They were chatting happily, ignoring the bewildered and angry looks they were getting from the people around them. "Well, at least I can rely on those two to try and get along with their "enemies"," I muttered to myself. What I saw next was even more bewildering though. An angel, who was trying to hide, walked by with four haloes. Four haloes! I frowned as I did not recognize the student. I would have to figure out who that was. Hmmmm......

Reaper/???/Devil/Teacher Reaper stared up at the doors to the main hall. The doors were elegant, to say the least, engraved with golden arches, whorls and drifts, neatly arranged to portray an angel with one halo, a pair of feathery wings, a pair of demon horns, as well as a barbed tail. Out of the corner of their eye, they could see the clock tower. 8:28 am. Classes were about to start, anyway, why hold off their entrance? Reaper took a deep breath, adjusted their posture, and shoved open the doors. They opened with a loud “Creak”. Heads all over the room swivelled to set their eyes upon the newcomer. Some had their eyes raised in shock, others, their eyebrows furrowed, mouths upturned in a frown. A few looks of confusion, and one of despair. Reaper’s head turned, studying the others. Demons, Angels and hybrids were stationed, mostly in little groups of their own kind, angels with angels, demons with demons, as it always had been. Reaper shut the door behind them. 8:29 am. They briskly walked through the crowd, a walkway miraculously opening up for them. When they were nearly out the door, something-or rather someone-caught their eye. An angel with four halos. As soon as she realised they had seen her, she shuffled behind one of the other angels. Reaper felt their stomach clench, but they didn’t slow down in the slightest. They kept on walking, until out of sight of the hall. “Third door on the left, third door on the left.” They thought. There it was! Third door on the left. Their main classroom for at least a term. They waltzed in, a little impressed by the size of the room. They sat down at their new desk, and buried their head in their hands, running their fingers through their hair under the cloak. If that angel was who they thought it was… No, it couldn’t be, could it? The lost princess? Surely not… But if it was, Reaper felt sorry for her, for the hell having them as her teacher would put her through. As on that fateful night, she was there. The night when they killed the king. She watched as he was slaughtered. Her father. The bell rang. 8:30 am. Reaper sat up in anticipation, waiting for the students to flood in.

Diana/female/angel/second year Diana bidded Ms. Laura a good day before striding off to find her dorm. Diana tried her best to keep her halos under her hood, but her halos were too bright and shiny to not be noticed- even with her hood on. I never asked to be the princess. I never wanted to be stared at every time I even enter a room! ♦ The bell rang and Diana rushed to class, knowing she must be late. She sat down at a new desk at the back of the classroom, pullling her hood further over her head. Diana spotted her teacher for this class, Reaper, looking at her in deap thought. She didn't like any of this- the staring nor the attention. There's nothing that special aout being a missing princess! Edited at April 11, 2024 08:59 PM by Crooked Magic

Elena | Female | Devil | Second year - I spotted a bunch of strange people when I was walking around, exploring the school. There was this one girl with ears and tail of some sort of animal. I thought she was cool, I should get to know her later. Then there was this other girl with four halos! She was REALLY cool! then there was an angel and a devil talking together! they sounded fun, from afar. There was a teacher, the reaper, he looked creepy. In total, I couldn't wait to get to know them all! I grinned at all the devil's who looked at me, angels too. And I couldn't wait to meet my dorm mates! Apparently there would be three students in each dorm, so we had to share. I hope I get a bed next to a window! I can't wait to see who I've been partnered with this year! - Luke | Male | Angel | Third year - I escaped the crowded halls, and headed to the library. I already memorised the school map in my head, and I couldn't wait to see what information they had about angel and devil powers. I entered the empty library and picked up a random book about devils. The cover was really beautiful, a painting of the queen of devils. I started to read.
