How do you make a palette? I would like to make palettes for people, but I have no clue how. Do I need premium for it?
Also, how do I get a custom palette for myself? Im assuming I need premium, but how does it work?

| Akira The encyclopedia says that she is encounterable starting at level 5. In my experience all bounties are pretty random. You can go a few levels without finding a single one or run into three in a row. It's just up to chance. |
