The fun moment when you're fine and then suddenly everything you've been dealing with and handling ok for the past two years slams into you while you're on shift so now you're a pissy little bitch and snap at your partner and then silent cry off and on for the next four hours. I am unwell ( ﾟ ω ^ )b Long hot shower, coping through doodling for myself instead of the shop, and intending to have whataburger for dinner because I don't have enough money for a gym membership at the moment so I'm eating my feelings. If that says anything about my current mental state. Other than that, I'm doing pretty good. Can't complain, really. Living the dream. |

Well, I cried off and on for the last four hours of my 24hr shift because - My mom is going through her 3rd round of cancer. She's doing full course chemo and radiation this time. And she is having pain and complications due to the location that she didn't have the last two times. Because of this I'm actually afraid she might not cheat death this time. - I've lived with my older brother and he was my closest friend for the first 20 years of my life and now he's half a country away and we hardly talk as much as we used to and it eats me up how much I miss him. - My dad isn't home nearly as often as he should be nor how often he wants to be because he was two jobs and has a third where he's a contracted instructor that takes him out of city/state/country for a week to two weeks at a time every other month. - the biological mothers of my adopted sister are such useless, vindictive, self centered c@#$! that they've basically screwed her over and did everything they could to prevent her from being able to be a functional adult and do all the things she wants to do and get the help she needs for her health. So, yes, I am sad to say that I am, unfortunately, a little bit unwell. ALTHOUGH I am starting to cope again.

My mom just came back from the ER though and I was able to give her a hug which she appreciated, so there's that :) I'm just... tired. So I am unwell. I'll probably be better soon, and will change my avatar again, either back to the original or to something a little less unwell. |
