He doesn't neccessairily need to - but he will have to call everyone by their I.D. numbers as the rest of the Culls. If he doesn't, Beta will know something is off (which may lead to where he slips up) (also you don't have to memorize them, it will be in the part of the RP post next to the name, if that makes sense)
