Sorry if I dont respond very much this week. I just spent the past few days with another family member who just puts me down and calls me stupid and lazy. I've been very stressed out and I'm going through a tough time right now. I just had 5 panic attacks in the past 2 hours each lasting atleast 15 minutes. And I'm not feeling that good. I might be on often it all just depends how the rest of the week goes. |

I know and I appreciate it. I didn't know I was starting to get sick and I wasn't feeling well. I got home from my grandma's and spent 2 hours crying and having multiple panic attacks. Tripped over our baby gate during this time trying to take pillows and blankets to the washer and sat on the floor for a good few minutes. My anxiety has been through the roof. |
