You told me a bit about it, mostly stuff about the magic users lol - Give me a bit and I'll come up with crisises For now, I'll just answer Question B I'd say Medieval mixed with Reform. It could give some really interesting dialogue and characters. Plus, it could also help you come up with crisises

Ohhhh yeah! I remember telling you that part, so at least I said something right? Sorry again if I came across as rude or anything, I am bad at seeing how my tone might come across and as much as I try to be polite I forget I can be overly blunt without context yeah of course! Honestly, I'm just happy you're willing to help! Oooo you're so true! I never thought about that but since it is reform period, there are a lot of social issues I could use for a crisis or maybe something like the magic/technology not working (trams breaking, teleporting mail not going to the right person, etc.)

No worries, you didn't come off as rude at all, and honestly- Kind of same lol - I'm always willing to help with plot Sorry for not answering until now though, by the way, I got ever-so-slightly busy, haha - But yes, those ideas are greatness. Tons of social crisis and tons of magic-technological crisis. Using history to your advantage is fun. - By the way, I kind of have two random plot bunnies in my head, would you help with one or both of them?

Pfft that's understandable! I've been a bit busy too so I have not even had time to work on it. Okay these were the three I came to sorta deciding: the kissing plague like thing, a powerful Duke being assassinated either by a building catching fire (sorta like triangle shirtwaist factory fire) or was sent a package bomb which is extremely worrying because the complexity of teleporting spells made it near impossible for people who dont know the exactly words and pronunciation to send things to someone, and finally the biggest temple of the god of war which kept peace between two kingdoms has been defiled by someone in the kingdom this story takes place and has caused a rise in tensions of these two kingdoms YES! I would love to help with either or both!!! :D

That's fair lmao, glad my silence wasn't too bad then haha - Oooo, I love those. I like the package bomb one, personally. It sets the tone for it as 'Definitely not an accident, we got a traitor somewhere' versus the fire that could be potentially seen as just an accident. So the package bomb wouldn't be as easy to overlook and would definitely be seen as a crisis. Though the fire could be seen as a crisis too because 'How did this terrible accident occur?' Really, it comes down to preference most haha - Plot Bunny 1; Sci-Fi, Futuristic, Dystopia. Ten characters total(at least at the start). This is literally all I have. - Plot Bunny 2; Ghost/Demon/Undead Hunters, Secrets, Dark, Fantasy, Medieval. Ten characters total(at least at the start). 2 Elves, 2 Humans, 2 Tieflings, 2 Wizards/Witches, and 2 Mixed. This is about all I have. - Which do you want to help with? If both, which do you want to help with first?

That's the issue though! Both could work in the context of the story! I love the package bomb because it is deliberate and personal. this also will send everyone into a panic about if their mail is safe. on the other hand, if it is more the fire, there will definitely be riots and interior turmoil for better working conditions for non-magic and those who need incantations/potions/sigils. plus, I feel like if it leaked to the press that there were hundreds of deaths as well as the death of a prominent Duke due not to accident as everyone originally thought but on purpose that would be horrifying news. fuck, I know you said the package bomb one and I was leaning more towards that but I almost feel bad if I don't pick the fire? ugghhhhhh! which one would you 100% pick?? oooo both sound good but let's do plot one first since that's the one you have the least on.

Personally, I like the package bomb one more. But, the one I would 100% pick in the end would be the fire one. There's more you can potentially do with it, plus it'd make more sense both storyline and time period wise. - Alright! Plot bunny 1 it is... I have no ideas. Literally the only reason it became a plot bunny was because 'Oooh visors are cool, I want characters that wear visors' XD

okay thanks for your input! you are always super great at making decisions like these so I'm glad I have a friend like you that I can rely on! :D that is a mood and I relate and am 100% here for it! XD so other than because visors look cool, what story/world building reason could we make it so that people have to wear different types of visors?

Of course! Glad I could help! - I was kind of thinking that different visors let people do different things. Not really sure though, to be honest. I was also thinking the color of the visor would be the same as their eye color unless they specifically had it made to where it isn't. Again, I'm not really sure.

Ooo what if the visors helps them see things based on their occupation on their shuttle? Like blue ones for medics that allow them to basically scan for internal injuries or orange for mechanics to help them see wires or pipes that might be out of place. Plus, then we get characters with different color themes and a more diverse cast!
