I love this idea aswell! I have been wanting to add a rider and would love to use this!

Like the Resistance is looking for more members, anyone who wants another character can sign up for an encounter later in the rp. Where basically during the encounter you'll eventually come across someone or something with generic traits, and you can choose to accept them, and then make their character, or move on to someone else.
