It's cute, but again, I would suggest looking up multiple images, for this example, of cats. So it could be more anatomically correct.

I think the water looks neither wavy nor calm. Like I can't distinguishe how it flows, you know? I don't know if that makes sense. Again, this is my personal feedback and not a critique of sort.

Well, now this opinion is a matter of style. How I would continue is with a light source and polish the remaining art. Like the light bouncing of the scales and things like that. But the anatomy I would say is dope. ^^'
