Appearance:

This dragoness is positively terrifying, one look could almost scare a stranger away. She stands at an impressive 30 ft at the shoulder, with a wingspan of 28ft and weighing ruffly 5,000 pounds. At a first glance, she doesn't seem to have any scales, unless you count the sleek black ones on her legs. The rest of her seems rather "holey". Imagine a thin layer of skin allowing you to see her ribs, but instead of scales, it seems as if thick spider webs were laced over them. It feels almost leathery to the touch, and is actually thick, having so many layers making it protective. It becomes more translucent on her neck, allowing neck vertebrae, to appear similar to how her ribs do. Sticking out slightly, this pattern is seen going all the way up to the base of her skull, and a faint purplish glow is seen between all of them. It grows brighter the more aggressive she is, or if she is "charging up" for a blast of fire. Era's eyes light up the same purple color, bright and almost firey looking. Out of her nostrils comes a reddish-purple fog, it is thin, and will only show after she uses her fire breath.

This dragon's teeth are long, with a slight hook to each of them, she has many rows of teeth that will be quite visible once she growls or opens her mouth. A few ivory, boney-looking teeth will rest outside of her mouth, even if it is closed. Her head shape is more slender, coming to a point similar to the beak of a bird of prey on the top. Era's

On the bottom is a spike jutting down and back towards her. Her head has many spikes, she has two large main ones that point back towards where her rider would sit, and the rest do the same. She has so many, that it appears to be a small frill made up of many different sizes of spikes. Her entire body, save for her stomach, is jet black, with almost an iridescent hue to it. Her stomach is a darker purple, and instead of small scales, she has rather large ones. These huge scales, span the width of her stomach and are lined single file going down her stomach, they are triangular shaped and are also a bit iridescent in the light.

Her tail is rather long, and along the top are fin-like spikes. The material is more leathery, and they are only along the top of her tail, they appear to be connected, though only by a small amount of her skin towards the bottom of the spike. As if it was a fish fin, but without the connective webbing in between each spike at the top. They are not used for defense, but instead to make her look as if she has more spikes. Era's wings have a large span, the wing itself is a translucent, thick, membrane-like material, colored a light purple. It is thin enough that you can see her larger wing bones, the tips of her wings have an ivory claw attached to them. her back has the same leathery, fin-like spikes that her tail does.

Her only colors are black, and different shades of purple. Her fire breath is a bright purple

Personality:

To put it shortly, Era is an aggressive dragon. She is often in a cranky, snappy mood around anyone besides her rider, she tolerates most and will befriend very few, but that’s fine with her. If you even get close to her rider she might even start muttering threats and charging up for a blast. This dragoness is extremely territorial, no touchy her human unless you want to get melted. Arcane dragons do have the second hottest fire breath, so don't test her. Era controls herself for her rider's sake, but if she had it her way everyone without 20 ft would be blasted. She needs her space and you won’t find her chatting away or creating drama among the other dragons. Physical touch is a no-no, she allows it only if it comes from her rider, as long as it is not excessive and she is in a decent mood.

With her ranking second among all the other rouge dragons, she won’t let you forget it. Step out of line or disobey the Commander and she will give you a server punishment or a show of dominance over you. Era is not afraid of a fight, she will hold her own and won’t back down until the death, whether it be hers or yours. It seems extreme, but she needs a way to get her built-up aggression out some way. Sometimes she may get into a mood where she will specifically close herself off from everyone besides her rider and won’t tolerate being disturbed. Era is more of an anti-social dragon than anything. She likes her downtime, especially her naps, don’t get in the way of her naps.

Amaterasu has a way with words, her manipulative speech may leadership may be mistaken for strong leadership. If you are unconvinced of a plan she will convince you others wise, after all, her job is to enforce the commander. Her words are carefully chosen in these scenarios, making it seem as if the Commanders plan in the best options, the only option. Reassuring any who doubt that their leader is strong and their plan will succeed.

With her rider, Amaterasu seems to be a totally different dragon. Mir gets to see a whole new side of her. Era turns out to be a humorous dragon, their conversation is often her teasing him or replying with a sarcastic remark. But she is also more open, she will take up any complaints she has with him, whether it’s that one pesky rider again, or if some dragon went out of line. Arcane dragons are also quite wise, if Mir comes to her for anything, she will be more than happy to share any wisdom she may have. Era is also quite clever, she is a fast learner and catches onto things quickly. She could also be described as cunning.

This dragoness does enjoy some independence including, quick flights by herself, or just being sent ahead to scout out the area. Era is fearless, she goes into any battle and will work her hardest. Defending her rider as necessary and working her ass off to help complete the Rouge Army's goals and plans. She always comes out of a battle with a clear conscience, any harm done to the enemy is not something to weep over. Era's trust is harder to earn, just because you are also in the Rouge army, doesn't mean you will earn it faster.

Appearance:

Brontes is a male with impressive height for his class. Standing at the tallest he can get, roughly 15 feet at the shoulder. His build is leaner, and slightly muscular, making him almost lanky looking. Brontes is built for endurance and stamina, he can keep quite a good pace for a long time in the water, with his strong swimming skills. It also helps that his feet are webbed, it’s a leathery material that connects his “toes”. Dragons have many varieties of scales. Except this dragon doesn't really have any, but instead, a thick, leathery skin, and has a pattern similar to a crocodile, though smoother. The color ranges from dark blues to light blues, helping him blend in with his surroundings underwater. The main color of this dragon is a dark blue, which takes up his entire back, top of his legs, top of his tail, and neck. His frill is the lightest variation of Blue he has besides his eyes.

The frill is similar to that of a frilled lizard, as well as the webbing in his feet. His frill looks more similar to scales but still has the leathery texture that the rest of him has. This frill is semi-circular and is underneath his mouth, and on the side of his face. Instead of the edges being round like the Frilled lizard, the shape is shaped similar to a “W” and continues in that pattern around the whole edge of the frill, every other point having a small ivory claw at the end. The length of his frill is nearly one foot long, and the skin around it is thin. He can tuck it against the side of his face, almost making it seem as if it isn’t there, it only comes out as a display of dominance to make him seem larger, or if he is tense or stressed.

This male does have horns, but instead of sticking straight up they are more laid back, Brontes has four in total. Two on his forehead that runs straight back with a slight curve, the tip bending downward. Then one on either side of those two, with the tips curved upward slightly. They are the same blue as his chest, described below. This dragon's head is slender and thinner.

The rest of his features are more suitable for quick swimming underwater. He has a spiked fin underneath his jaw, as well on the back of his neck, and a longer tail. His legs can tuck neatly under him as he glides through the water, and are powerful, allowing him to speed through the water.

The other markings on this dragon include lighter blue/grey spots along his neck and face. The color on his entire underside goes from the middle of his chest downwards and is more of a dark teal variation. Brontes’s eyes are a bright blue and have a marking the same color directly above his eye. When his eyes are closed it gives the illusion that his eyes are above, so in a sudden attack one would miss his actual eyes. His wings are small and used to help aid him in swimming and gliding, though they still look proportionate to his body. He can try and flap them enough to get him off the ground, but he never is in the air for more than a second or two, his weight and small wings are not a flying combination. True flight is never accomplished.

Brontes is a calm dragon, yes he can be a bit grumpy towards the rest of his species but never truly out of anger towards them. Though, with those he is close with, he becomes more protective of if they do meet harm's way, whether it's an accident or not. This can consist of a blast from what he calls his "water breath", a stern reprimanding, or he can take it to a whole other level. A feeling of guilt does come from seeing his friends physically hurt, thinking he could have done more to protect them, even if it wasn't his fault. Brontes is also quite the territorial creature, it's part of his nature and he considers his friends his territory. Hence the guilt if someone happens to them. If they are harmed he has let down his guard. Touch them or think about touching them and you will earn a stone-cold stare.

Being territorial also applies to his personal space, he tends to be grumpy because he hates physical touch, however, close friends may find that they are an exception. If his space is invaded, or you're too close he'll let you know. In that way, he is good at communication.

While he is good with communication if he starts to get frustrated he may begin to lack in that aspect a little bit. This male is normally in a somewhat grumpy mood, however, this has only been due to recent events. It is an unfortunate occurrence, for a clan to turn on the Elders and the Gods?! Let's just say he isn't the happiest about it. This has slightly amped up some of his skills, with the incentive of hatchlings from his clan being spared, but only if the survivors are tracked down. This has also allowed him to become more observant, which he needs to be if he is to track down the survivors

The stress and pressure of this situation have forced him to be more verbal, as well as physical. Verbal in the sense that he speaks up more to voice his opinions. If he can gain support for various ideas they may be more successful in finding the others. Then physical in the sense that this water dragon is more active and willing to aid the other hunters. He is a collected figure, however, he still has his days. Brontes may be more grumpy or impatient, seemingly fighting the calmer nature a water class dragon has.

This dragon is cool in battle, he has a strong stomach and can handle the sight of destruction and carnage in battle. Of course, he has seen some of the carnage left behind from the initial attack that killed most of the escaping clan, as well as other experiences he has had over the years. So those experiences have made him somewhat ready for whatever he will face next, so a bad reaction will not be expected of him. Due to his experiences, Brontes is a pretty resourceful dragon and can help pass certain skills off to younger dragons in the group. You won't see an overly snappy or impatient teacher. He is one of the older adults, so he may have some helpful experiences. Making this dragon quite intelligent more his species as well.

Brontes is a patient male and is able to pick up on a technique with much more ease due to his experience and understanding. His wisdom, skill, and size, may also lead to some disdainment towards smaller, and younger dragons. As mentioned before, Brontes enjoys his space, as well as some independence. Though he does find it nice to occasionally have some small talk outside of hunting the others. He is more open to those of his class, though he is more willing to talk, and rather likes it when he is approached by some of the others. He also enjoys the company of some of the older dragons in the group. His speech is mostly clear and to the point, though he may have a few sarcastic remarks. Concerning a serious topic you won't have to deal with sarcasm, he will be straight and to the point.

Ability: Brontes breathes boiling water rather than fire. He is able to control its temperature, ranging from boiling to a near-ice consistency. He is able to breathe under and above water due to having small hidden gills under the scales on his neck. Eight. His abilities are used in combination with his horns and other fighting abilities, though he tries to only use them when necessary.
