Lidiya - F - Subordinate - Mention(s): Kodak, Echo, Merlin (ind: Recon, Deverick) ~ Lidiya quickly supressed the annoyance that silently surged inside her as Echo tried to take control of what Kodak had said to her. Did she miss the bit where he was talking to her and not to Echo? It might have been irrational, but... she couldn't help feeling irritated. Especially as she had already been forming a reply to what Kodak had said. But it didn't matter. Did it? Lidiya couldn't tell. As Echo kept going, Lidiya, realizing her role in this was practically over, quietly slipped away from Kodak's side. Recon, who seemed to be sleepily climbing a nearby slope, could come down and talk to Kodak if he wanted to. She didn't entirely care. They could do what they wanted, and she had been cut out. That also did mean that she could do her own thing, however. And while she had wanted to take Kodak to Merlin, with Echo apparently having taken the job, she could probably go check on Merlin herself. If he was awake, she could be the messenger. If he wasn't, she'd probably go and disturb Recon. After all, it was probably in their best interests to... you know... actually care when another one of them from the sanctuary turned up. Especially at such a late stage. Although why she cared so much, honestly she couldn't tell. Did she feel some sort of responsibility? Not really. Kodak was more than capable of dealing with himself. But she was already invested a bit in this business, being the one to find Kodak, which honestly meant that she had to do something about it. Passing by Deverick, to which she smiled briefly at her half-brother, she made her way around camp. (If Nirvana doesn't get a Merlin post out I'll just say he's sleeping and move on.)

Kodak l Male l Subordinate l M: Echo, Lidiya . A surge of annoyance surged through him as he turned back to Echo. Clearly he had been looking at Lidiya for an answer, not Echo. He glared at Echo, his golden eyes clearly filled with annoyance, but when he turned back for an answer from Lidiya, but by then she had turned her back on him and was walking away. A pang of anger surged through him. He could still walk to catch up to her, but he could feel Echo's stares on his back. He turned back around and heaved a sigh. "I think I can manage by myself until I speak to Merlin" He made sure he emphasized the last words, his annoyance coming through, and with that, without waiting for a response, he turned away from Echo, and began to walk in the general direction in where Lidiya went.

Echo/Female/Subordinate/Mentions: Lidiya, Kodak Annoyance flashed in her eyes as she ran over to Kodak then shoved him a bit before glaring at him and baring her teeth. Echo was furious at his stupidity. "I was going to say to go find Lidiya who may have found Merlin and I was asking not telling. Don't try to push me around or scare me Kodak", she growled at him while poking him, "You are still new. I would have thought you would have wanted to see everyone again but I guess wrong" She poked Kodak one more time then with a glare turned around to walk away but spoke coldly, "Go find Lidiya. I'm sure she has the answers you need. It was so nice to see you". The black and white wolfdog decided that she needed a break before she bit someone's ear off. She left Kodak and the others. She needed a break. Echo walked over a hill and went off exploring. She found a patch of grass then paced, paused and walked in another direction. She just kept walking. Kodak l Male l Subordinate l M: Echo, Lidiya, Deverick . Kodak heaved a sigh and growled at Echo. He was much bigger than she was, and he didn't understand why she was trying to push her luck. He could easily attack her and win, bit he suppressed the urge. Who did she think he was, ordering him around like this. Kodak made sure to roll his eyes before she turned around, and he called off after the husky mix, "Don't go ordering others around when you shouldn't. You have no Rank of authority, not to mention how young you are." He decided this was just a case of her being immature, and just flicked a tail and turned around, and going off to fond Lidiya, not because he was listening to Echo, absolutely not, but because of his own free will, and maybe for something else too. . He followed the scent trail that had led him here in the first place, seeing her just as she passed Deverick. He gave him a nod before going up to catch up to her. He poked her playfully before saying, with clear sarcasm, "That Echo there is a real hoot isn't she?" He smiled as he said it, revealing a huge teethy grin. Lidiya - F - Subodrinakte - Mention(s): Kodak, (Merlin?) (ind: Echo, Deverick, um.) ~ Lidiya was somewhat suprised to notice Kodak following her, and looking briefly behind, held up a bit to wait for him. No harm in it - they were going the same way, after all. But Kodak was right. Lidiya could only sigh in acquescience - Echo had her opinions, she had hers, and like quite a lot of the others, their opinions and ideas just didn't match. That was, really, all that there was to it, and why Lidiya and Echo didn't see too much eye-to-eye. Well, occasionally they did. Not often though. "I'm not sure if Merlin is awake. If he's not, you might have to wait before talking to him." Lidiya wasn't entirely sure why she said those words until she subconsciously had wanted to fill the gap after her sigh. Why? She couldn't tell. Kodak had similar views to her, yes - not exactly the same, but close enough that Lidiya was willing to talk to him and understand his perspective - which was why she was here now, walking alongside him. Although she still couldn't answer why she thought to provide him with more information. Maybe she just wanted to. On the surface, they were... maybe business partners. Maybe. Lidiya hadn't exactly been able to describe what the relationship they both had on the surface. But inside, she absolutely couldn't tell what she thought of Kodak. So... maybe she had just wanted to. She couldn't tell.

Merlin | Alpha | Male | M:Open The stoic male awoke later from everyone else. His eyes were blinking furiously to get the blurred vision of his sleepiness away. He slowly crawled out of his den looking at everyone. He looked side and side. He barked “Let’s get going.. We’ll hunt and everything when we get there.. I want us settled in our new home..” Merlin decided to move out of the way looking for any individuals asleep. Anubis was gone and it made Merlin narrow his eyes. He gruffed “Does anyone know where Anubis gone to?” (Horrible post)

Doji | Female | Subordinate | M: Indirectly: Everyone / Direct: Kodak and Merlin. Anubis The golden wolf dog arose from her den hearing everyone stir awake. Her eyes glued to the sun arising behind the trees from afar. She looked around seeing everyone socializing or in their own personal worlds of dreams or hells. Her bobbed tail wiggled at the thought of just being able to move around. She noticed Kodak was here. He must have been released later than the rest. She slowly made her way to Lidiya and Kodak. Quiet and stealthy but not on purpose just her usual movements. She barked "If you are looking for Merlin. He just woke up. You may catch him in a little foul mood because he's ready to go out real camp. But I'm sure he would be pleased to see you and that you are well.." Doji didn't make anymore effort to speak to the new wolf dog. She was ready to go back to Redwoods. She wanted to see more of it.
She heard Merlin go up beside her. She casted her amber gaze to him. She barked "Kodak wants to speak to you.." Merlin nodded solemn at her words. He barked "Thank you. Do you think you would know Anubis would've gone too?" Doji let out a deep sigh. She barked "Not really Merlin. He may have went ahead of us or explore or just left. There's really no telling with him.." Merlin nodded at her words. He barked in a low whisper "Go ahead and see if you find a trace of a scent or anything if he has been there at all." "And if I find him?" "If he's peaceful wait for us.. If not do what you think is best..." Doji looked surprised at Merlin's orders but she didn't protest. She looked around for any others to see her. She slipped away to the Redwoods quietly and keeping a look out for anyone to find her. Doji moved quickly and swiftly switching directions to keep anyone on her tail confused from her. She moved quickly until she found the scent of Anubis. She moved quicker into an almost sprint. Until she found the great white male in her eye sight. She barked "Anubis?" Anubis turned towards her "It's you? Not the one I expect to find me..." Doni barked "Anubis what are you doing..." Anubis gruffed "Leaving.. I'm not welcome here. I'm hated here.." Doji growled "You did that to yourself! We didn't hate you at first. But you became power hungry. You want the authority and want others to blindly follow you.." Anubis rolled his eyes and growled "Follow me. Not him.. I don't care for that anymore.. I'll find my own way and find my own leadership. And are you gonna stop me?" Doji looked at him for a second trying to gather what he was saying. She barked "I won't stop for you leaving... But if you leave. Don't come back.. You come back I will make sure you never leave.." Anubis let out a deep chuckle "So be it... But I promise you two things Doji... I will be back and take what is mine... And you won't be alive to see the ending.." Doji snarled "Leave. Run away.. We will be waiting.." Anubis nodded and barked "Very well.." Doji watched as Anubis sprinted off deeper into the Redwoods. And she let out deep breath from the exchange. He will be back. But by himself or with a pack? Doji sat looking out into the woods waiting for the others. As her anxiety and paranoia were dancing in her brain.

Kodak l Male l Subordinate l M: Lidiya, Doji, Merlin . Kodak was surprised at the she-wolfs response, she had willingly volunteered information to him without even asking, and was there something different in her eyes after the sigh? He couldn't tell, but he was about to thank her when he was almost startled by the golden she-wolf Doji. They hadn't been close, but they had talked a few times when they were back at the sanctuary. Aquantinces he would describe her as. He knew she was very loyal, and very close with Merlin. He nodded at her words. "I'll talk with him when he is ready then." With a nod of thanks to the she-wolf, she departed, leaving Jodak alone with Lidiya again. "Well..." the male started, nerves gathering up inside him. He didn't know why he felt so nervous now when he talked to her. They were only... friends? Would he say they were friends? He didn't know, but continued speaking. "I better be going off to find Merlin. If you would like to come with me... you can." Why was he offering her this? They had only recently met her again. Nerves ran up and down his spine. Why was he so freaking nervous? Was he coming off weird? He just wanted someone to come with him. Hell, he didn't even know where he was. "It's just that I don't really know my way around here, and I was wondering if you could take me to him?" Damn Kodak you just ruined everything. Why would he say that? With his emotions conflicting him in the head, he waited for Lidiya's response. They were just friends after all, right?

Lidiya - F - Subordinate - Mention(s): Kodak, Merlin, Doji ~ "Yeah. I believe he's - oh, Merlin's right there." Lidiya, somewhat greatful for Doji and Merlin to be interrupting them, took a breath of air to steady herself. No point overthinking anything. Without looking - she assumed Kodak would be following beside her, although she wasn't entirely sure - she trotted off to where Doji was saying something to Merlin. "I guess it's probably best if you tell him what's happened. I'll just... hang around, I suppose." A feeling that she kind of hated - simply just hanging around doing nothing. But then who knew that Merlin and his orders wanted to do. Maybe he wanted to tell her off again. Or maybe she could just hang around for a bit and learn some new piece of information from him. Or she could just hang around and support one of her friends. Because that was what it was, nothing else, of course. (Short, but Kodak should be the one who starts the interaction with Merlin. Because Lidiya has no reason to start it.)
