I can make a Scout for the Second Gang and a Second Command for the Ruthless Gang

I will just take second in command for the other gang then. And a normal member, too.

My second character will be open to being a parent. Even a grandparent. I feel like playing an old character.

Yep, I believe so. They're the more stealthy and elusive group. I think their gang name is Ghosts or The Ghosts or something like that while the other gang is more ruthless.
