I have a question- I commissioned/ordered an adopt from a person(They were using a base-) 27 days ago (and I paid-) I asked them after a week if they had started it and they said they were busy and would try to get it done soon, but they haven't said anything in two weeks- Would it be rude of me to ask if they are finished or have at least started it? |

I don't think it would be considered rude. Ask how far along they are, but add in it doesn't matter how far they are in it if they have even started (but only if you don't really care- don't lie) I know its easier to admit you aren't very far in doing something or that you haven't started it if they mention that they are alright no matter the progress. |
