This is off topic but.... So, I was thinking, to start the RP, the victors will be adorned and dressed in their traditional clothing to be represented in front of the viewers of the games. They will ride in open chariots with their partners, probably enter the arena, ride in a circle, then step off. As a group, they will then be escorted to the training lounge where the first challenge will be announced. They will then train/prepare for two hours, then enter arena for the challenge. Once completed, they will return back to the lounge to train, chill, and sleep and wait for the next challenge the following day. To keep the RP moving, I'll announce when it's a good time to move on to the next scene.
