Do lines do anything? Like if a wolf's line has a bunch of boosts, are they more likely to produce a boost even if that wolf doesn't have one? I know a few years ago this was no but I'm unsure if that changed as a lot of people seem to care about it.

i think it gives a better chance, yes, but its not guranteed. All wolves with a boost or not can have a slight chance of giving off a boost, and i assume a non boosted wolf with boost bloodlines will still have that chance, maybe slightly bigger

Parents and grandparents can influence the outcome of the pup. People care about low gen wolves because it's easier to breed without inbreeding, and other personal reasons.
