Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

I had recently crafted a greenhouse after collecting all the items for it. But when I looked at it, it says I can grow herbs. How do I do that? Thanks in advance.

You can grow herbs in your greenhouse if you have a premium membership.

Moon pack - no, this is premium only. Herbs and seeds aren't difficult to come by though; you can find them in Barter.
