Oh dear :( I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried to take NightQuill or some sleeping pills? I use those, and they work for me when I take them. I don't know if they'll help you though, they don't help my sister.

I'm currently taking a chewy medicine to help with that and it de-stresses my nerves (which means I won't get small sleep paralysis/nightmares as much).

It sucks because now my family is making me wake up early since they don't want me to sleep in. :/ So, I'm tired 24/7 due to that.
